الاتصالات السعودية تعلن عن توفر وظيفة شاغرة بمسمى Data Science Assistant Manager في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- اختيار وقيادة فريق من خبراء التحليلات المتقدمة وعلماء البيانات (فريق SWAT) لخدمة الطلبات الاستراتيجية والعابرة للقطاعات.
- ضمان التعاون بين فريق SWAT ومختصي الرؤى وعلماء البيانات في الوحدات التجارية لتوفير القدرات الإضافية أو التوجيه لتلبية الاحتياجات التحليلية الداخلية.
- دعم احتياجات الوحدات التجارية والوظيفية من الطلبات التحليلية المعقدة والموحدة من خلال تخصيص موارد تحليلية من فريق SWAT.
- اقتراح حالات استخدام تحليلية عابرة للقطاعات بناءً على البيانات المتاحة واحتياجات الوحدات التجارية/الوظيفية.
- تحديد أولويات تنفيذ التحليلات العابرة للقطاعات بناءً على تقييم إمكانية خلق القيمة للشركة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة سابقة في قطاع الاتصالات أو الخدمات المالية (منتجات معلوماتية) أو التجارة الإلكترونية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسوب أو تقنية المعلومات.
- شهادات مهنية إضافية ذات صلة (تفضل).

Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for identifying, designing and delivering cross-functional analytics use cases that will enhance the BUs/FUs decision making abilities, including dashboards, reports, tools, solutions, real-time and interactive analysis, as well as forward predictive analysis required for effective business decision-making. The role holder also ensures the allocation of resources to the different advanced analytics project and the nature of support to be provided to the business units when required. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

- Selects and leads a team of advanced analytics experts and data scientists (SWAT team) to serve cross-sector and strategic (CEO type) requests
- Ensures the collaboration between SWAT team and BU specific insight specialists and data scientists to provide additional capacity or guidance to meet internal BU analytical needs
- Supports the BUs/FUs need for complex and standardized analytics requests by allocating analytical resources from the SWAT team
- Proposes cross-functional analytics use cases based on available data and needs from the Bus/FUs
- Prioritizes implementation of cross-functional analyses based on the assessment of value creation potential for STC
