تعلن الاتصالات السعودية (stc) عن توفر وظيفة مساعد مدير الأداء المالي والتشغيلي للألياف البصرية (Fiber Financial and Performance Management Assistant Manager) في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة والحفاظ على قائمة أرباح وخسائر (P&L) أعمال الألياف البصرية لضمان رؤية واضحة للأداء المالي، بالتنسيق مع إدارة المالية.
- تحديد وصيانة ومراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) المالية والتشغيلية لتتبع أداء أعمال الألياف بفعالية.
- مراقبة الأداء المالي والتشغيلي الكلي لأعمال الألياف، وتحديد فجوات الأداء وفرص التحسين، والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية المناسبة.
- قيادة إعداد وتوزيع تقارير الأداء الشاملة ولوحات الإدارة الداعمة لاتخاذ القرارات لأعمال الألياف.
- التنسيق لتحديد متطلبات وأهداف الميزانية السنوية (CAPEX وOPEX) بالتوافق مع الوحدات الفنية والتجارية وأصحاب المصلحة المعنيين.
- إدارة إعادة التنبؤ بالأهداف المالية بناءً على الأداء الفعلي، والتنسيق للتحديثات المطلوبة مع فريق إدارة الطلب والمالية.
- مراقبة مؤشرات الربحية وتدفقات الإيرادات والتكاليف والأداء المالي مقابل الأهداف والتنبؤات المعتمدة.
- تحليل اتجاهات الأداء المالي والتشغيلي وتقديم رؤى وتوصيات قابلة للتنفيذ لدعم تخطيط أعمال الألياف وتحسين الأداء.
- التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة عبر الوظائف للتحقق من الافتراضات المالية وبيانات الأداء والتنبؤات ومتطلبات الأعمال.
- دعم مراجعات أداء الأعمال الدورية من خلال تقديم تحليل مالي ورؤى أداء وتوصيات لتسهيل قرارات الإدارة.
- ضمان إعداد تقارير مالية وأداء دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب وفقًا للسياسات والإجراءات ومتطلبات الحوكمة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال التخطيط الاستراتيجي والمالي في صناعة الاتصالات.
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة.
- شهادة محاسب إداري معتمد (CMA).
- شهادة المحلل المالي المعتمد (CFA) يفضل أن تكون حاصلاً عليها.
- المستوى الوظيفي: محترف أول (Sr. Professional).

- معرفة بالاتجاهات العالمية والتطورات في صناعة الاتصالات والألياف البصرية.

Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for managing and monitoring the financial and operational performance of the Fiber business, maintaining financial performance frameworks and KPIs, and providing comprehensive performance insights and reports to support effective business management and decision-making. The role holder is also responsible for supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management in coordination with Business Finance and relevant stakeholders. The role holder shall carry out duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the Fiber business P&L to ensure clear visibility of financial performance, in coordination with Business Finance.
- Define, maintain, and monitor financial and business performance KPIs and metrics to effectively track Fiber business performance.
- Monitor overall Fiber business financial and operational performance, identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Lead the preparation and distribution of comprehensive Fiber business performance reports and management dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Coordinate the definition of annual CAPEX and OPEX budget requirements and targets in alignment with Technical Units (TU), Business Units (BU), Commercial Units (CU), and relevant stakeholders.
- Manage the reforecasting of financial targets based on actual business performance and coordinate required updates with the Fiber Demand Management team and Business Finance.
- Monitor profitability KPIs, revenue streams, costs, and financial performance against approved targets and forecasts.
- Analyze financial and operational performance trends and provide actionable insights and recommendations to support Fiber business planning and performance optimization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to validate financial assumptions, performance data, forecasts, and business requirements.
- Support periodic business performance reviews by providing financial analysis, performance insights, and recommendations to facilitate management decisions.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial and performance reporting in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and governance requirements
