تعلن شركة الاتصالات السعودية (STC) عن توفر وظيفة شاغرة بمسمى 'مساعد مدير السياسات التجارية والمالية' في المملكة العربية السعودية. يهدف الدور إلى تطوير خطة إدارة السياسات السنوية بالتنسيق مع فرق السياسات في القطاعات، وضمان الالتزام بالخطط ومستويات الخدمة المتفق عليها، بالإضافة إلى تطوير وصيانة لوحة مؤشرات السياسات التجارية والمالية. المستوى الوظيفي: أخصائي أول (Sr. Professional).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وصيانة منهجية سياسات STC ومعاييرها وأسلوب إصدارها.
- تطوير خطة إدارة السياسات السنوية بالتنسيق مع فرق السياسات في القطاعات، وضمان الالتزام بالخطط المتفق عليها ومستويات الخدمة.
- إدارة عملية تطوير جميع أنواع سياسات STC من البداية إلى النهاية، بالتنسيق الوثيق مع جميع الأطراف المعنية فيما يتعلق بالسياسات التجارية والمالية.
- التنسيق مع حوكمة الشركات التابعة لتحديد أنواع السياسات الجماعية التي سيتم تعميمها، ودعم مبادرات التوافق الجماعي.
- التنسيق مع حوكمة الشركات التابعة ومالكي السياسات بشأن مراجعة سياسات محددة وفقًا لحقوق القرار.
- تحديد جميع احتياجات الإصدار (رقمية، توعوية) والتنسيق مع فرق السياسات في القطاعات وحوكمة الوثائق للحصول على الدعم اللازم.
- الحفاظ على نشر جميع سياسات STC المتعلقة بالسياسات التجارية والمالية وضمان ذلك عبر بوابة الحوكمة.
- تطوير وصيانة لوحة مؤشرات السياسات التجارية والمالية، وتقديم تقارير دورية للإدارة.
- قيادة جميع مبادرات التوعية بالسياسات، ومتابعة فرق السياسات في القطاعات بشأن أنشطة الإصدار والتوعية الخاصة بهم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال إدارة السياسات في قطاع الاتصالات.
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو إدارة الأعمال.
- شهادات مهنية إضافية (حسب ما يرد في الإعلان الأصلي).

Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for developing the annual policies management plan in coordination with the sectors’ policies teams and ensure adherence to the agreed plans & SLAs. in addition to developing and maintain Business & Financial Policies Dashboard . The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.
Job Responsibility
Develop and maintain stc’s polices methodology, standards and enactment approach.
Develop the annual policies management plan in coordination with the sectors’ policies teams, and ensure adherence to the agreed plans & SLAs.
Manage end to end the process of developing all stc types of policies, in close coordination with all relevant stakeholders in regards to Business & Financial Policies
Coordinate with subsidiaries governance to identify the group type of policies to be cascaded, and support the group alignment initiatives.
Coordinate with subsidiaries governance and policies owners on specific policies review defined in decision rights.
Identify all enactment needs (Digital, Awareness) and coordinate with the sectors’ polices teams & Documentation Governance for the needed support.
Maintain and ensure the publication of all stc policies related to Business & Financial Policies through the Governance Portal
Develop and maintain Business & Financial Policies Dashboard, and provide periodic reports to the management.
Lead all policies awareness initiatives, and follow up with sectors’ polices team for their specific enactment and & awareness activities.
