تسعى شركة TASC Outsourcing إلى توظيف مهندس/فني أسلحة واتصالات للعمل في عمليات الدفاع في المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء الصيانة الكهربائية والإلكترونية والميكانيكية لأنظمة الأسلحة ومعدات الاتصالات والصواريخ والقاذفات والذخائر.
  • تنفيذ تشخيص منهجي واستكشاف الأعطال في أنظمة الشبكات والاتصالات باستخدام أجهزة القياس والاختبار الإلكترونية.
  • إجراء الإصلاحات الميدانية والمعايرة لاستعادة المعدات إلى حالة صالحة للاستخدام تحت القيود التشغيلية.
  • تطوير وتحديث والحفاظ على الوثائق الفنية التفصيلية وتقارير الصيانة وسجلات المعدات.
  • ضمان الالتزام الصارم بلوائح السلامة ومعايير الجودة والسياسات التنظيمية أثناء جميع أنشطة الصيانة.
  • التعاون مع فرق الهندسة والخدمات اللوجستية والعمليات لتنسيق جداول الصيانة وإدارة قطع الغيار والدعم الفني.
  • تدريب وتوجيه الفنيين المبتدئين على أفضل الممارسات في تشخيص الأنظمة وإجراءات الإصلاح والامتثال للسلامة.
  • دعم عمليات النشر بتقديم الخبرة الفنية في الموقع والاستجابة السريعة لأعطال الأنظمة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو الإلكترونيات أو ما يعادلها من دبلوم فني.
  • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في صيانة أنظمة الأسلحة (البنادق والذخائر والصواريخ والقاذفات).
  • خبرة مثبتة في صيانة الأنظمة الكهربائية والإلكترونية والميكانيكية والاتصالات.
  • مهارة في استخدام أجهزة القياس والاختبار والمعايرة الإلكترونية.
  • قدرة قوية على تشخيص الشبكات واستكشاف أعطال الأنظمة والإصلاح الميداني في الظروف التشغيلية.
  • إتقان إعداد الوثائق الفنية والتقارير وحفظ سجلات الصيانة.
  • معرفة شاملة بالامتثال للسلامة والمعايير العسكرية والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
  • القدرة على السفر والعمل في بيئات نائية أو قاسية.
  • أهلية الحصول على تصريح أمني أو خبرة في العمل في بيئات دفاعية مصنفة.
  • يفضل خبرة في مؤسسات دفاعية سعودية أو خليجية (GCC).
  • يفضل الحصول على شهادة في معايير الصيانة MIL-STD أو IPC.
  • يفضل الإلمام باللغة العربية والمصطلحات التقنية الإقليمية.
  • يفضل درجة الماجستير في الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • يفضل خبرة في أدوات التشخيص المتقدمة والصيانة القائمة على الحالة والتحليلات التنبؤية.
  • يفضل قدرة قيادية مثبتة في الإشراف على فرق أو مشاريع فنية.
  • يفضل شهادة في إدارة المشاريع (مثل PMP).

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Weapons and Communication Engineer/Technician to join our defense operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will perform advanced maintenance, diagnostics, calibration, and field repair on a wide range of weapons and communication systems, ensuring peak performance, safety compliance, and operational readiness in challenging environments.

Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical, electronic, and mechanical maintenance on weapons systems, communication equipment, missiles, launchers, and ammunition
  • Conduct systematic diagnostics and troubleshooting of network and communication systems using electronic measurement and testing equipment
  • Execute field repairs and calibrations to restore equipment to serviceable condition under operational constraints
  • Develop, update, and maintain detailed technical documentation, maintenance reports, and equipment logs
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and organizational policies during all maintenance activities
  • Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and operations teams to coordinate maintenance schedules, spare parts management, and technical support
  • Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices for system diagnostics, repair procedures, and safety compliance
  • Support deployment operations, providing on-site technical expertise and rapid response to system failures

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering or equivalent technical diploma
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in weapons systems maintenance (guns, ammunition, missiles, launchers)
  • Proven expertise in electrical, electronic, mechanical, and communication systems maintenance
  • Skilled in use of electronic measurement, testing, and calibration equipment
  • Strong ability in network diagnostics, system troubleshooting, and field repair under operational conditions
  • Proficient in technical documentation, reporting, and maintenance record-keeping
  • Comprehensive knowledge of safety compliance, military standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to travel and operate in remote or austere environments
  • Security clearance eligibility or experience working in classified defense environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within Saudi Arabian or Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) defense organizations
  • Certification in MIL-STD or IPC maintenance standards
  • Familiarity with Arabic language and regional technical terminology
  • Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
  • Experience with advanced diagnostic tools, condition-based maintenance, and predictive analytics
  • Demonstrated leadership in supervising technical teams or projects
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP)
