Technical Recruiter - Ejadah Management Consultancy

About Us Ejadah Management Consultancy is an HR consulting and recruitment agency helping organizations across Saudi Arabia build strong teams through end-to-end talent acquisition solutions, covering both technical and non-technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
• Manage client relationships and understand their hiring needs
• Coordinate interviews and support offer negotiations
• Write recruitment reports tracking pipeline status and hiring metrics
• Maintain candidate/client records in the ATS

Requirements

• Saudi
• 1-3 years recruitment experience, including technical recruitment
• Strong written communication and reporting skills
• Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards)
• Fluent in English and Arabic (Mandatory)
• Based in Saudi Arabia
