الاتصالات السعودية تعلن عن توفر وظيفة شاغرة بمسمى "خبير تصميم وتنفيذ أمن المعلومات" (Security Design & Implementation Expert) في المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى شاغل الوظيفة مسؤولية تصميم البنية الأمنية للشبكات والأمن السيبراني، والأطر والبروتوكولات اللازمة لحماية البنية التحتية والأنظمة والبيانات من التهديدات الإلكترونية. كما يضمن تطبيق إجراءات الكشف الاستباقي والوقاية والاستجابة بما يتوافق مع المتطلبات التنظيمية وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية، ويؤدي مهامه وفقاً للسياسات والإجراءات المقررة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم أطر أمن الشبكات لحماية البنية التحتية وأصول التقنية والبيانات، بما يتوافق مع استراتيجيات الأمن السيبراني واللوائح الصناعية.
- تطوير وصيانة البنية الأمنية للشبكات والأمن السيبراني للشركة لضمان حماية البيئات الرقمية وتحقيق المرونة في مواجهة التهديدات الإلكترونية.
- وضع إرشادات أمنية على مستوى الأجهزة للأنظمة ذات الأهمية الحرجة والتجارية، بما في ذلك ضوابط الوصول ومعايير التشفير وبروتوكولات المصادقة.
- دعم تصميم وتنفيذ وتعزيز مستمر لمركز عمليات الأمن (SOC) للأنظمة الحرجة لتمكين الكشف الاستباقي عن التهديدات والاستجابة للحوادث والتخفيف من آثارها.
- تنسيق أنشطة الموردين المتعلقة بنشر مركز عمليات الأمن وترقيات أنظمة الأمن السيبراني، وضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات الفنية والأمنية للشركة.
- تنفيذ ومراقبة حلول الأمن الوقائية مثل جدران الحماية وأنظمة كشف التسلل وأدوات مكافحة الفيروسات لحماية المؤسسة من التهديدات الخارجية.
- دعم دمج أدوات الكشف المتقدمة عن التهديدات (مثل SIEM وEDR وIDS/IPS) لتمكين المراقبة الأمنية والاستجابة في الوقت الفعلي.
- تطوير وصيانة خطط تقييم الثغرات عبر أنظمة الشركة وشبكاتها وتطبيقاتها لكشف ومعالجة نقاط الضعف المحتملة.
- تحسين وتكييف منهجيات اختبار الاختراق وإدارة الثغرات استجابة للتحديات الناشئة في الأمن السيبراني.
- تطوير وصيانة أدلة الاستجابة للحوادث وبروتوكولات الاتصال للحد من الأضرار الناجمة عن الاختراقات الأمنية، والإبلاغ عن أي اختراقات تتعلق بالأنظمة الحرجة إلى مركز إدارة الأزمات (MCC) حسب المطلوب.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس كحد أدنى.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات ولا تزيد عن 6 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل أن يكون التخصص في أمن الشبكات أو تقنية المعلومات أو أي مجال ذي صلة.

Job Purpose:
The role holder is responsible for designing specialized’s cybersecurity and network security architecture, frameworks, and protocols to safeguard infrastructure, systems, and data from cyber threats. ensures proactive detection, prevention, and response measures are implemented in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.
Key Functional Accountability:
-Design network security frameworks to protect infrastructure, technology assets, and data, in line with cybersecurity strategies and industry regulations.
-Develop and maintain specialized’s network and cybersecurity architecture to safeguard digital environments and ensure resilience against cyber threats.
-Establish device-level security guidelines for Mission-Critical and Business-Critical, including access controls, encryption standards, and authentication protocols.
-Support the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the Mission-Critical Security Operations Center (SOC) to enable proactive threat detection, incident response, and mitigation.
-Coordinate vendor activities related to SOC deployment and cybersecurity system upgrades, ensuring compliance with specialized’s technical and security requirements.
-Implement and monitor preventative security solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus tools to protect the organization from external threats.
-Support the integration of advanced threat detection tools (e.g., SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS) to enable real-time security monitoring and response capabilities.
-Develop and maintain vulnerability assessment plans across specialized’s systems, networks, and applications to detect and resolve potential weaknesses.
-Improve and adapt penetration testing and vulnerability management methodologies in response to emerging cybersecurity challenges. -Develop and maintain incident response playbooks and communication protocols to minimize damage from security breaches and report Mission-Critical -related breaches to the MCC as required.
Job Requirement:
Educational Level: Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Years of Relevant Experience: 3-6 Years
Most Preferred Education Field: Network Security, Information Technology, or any related field
