تعلن الاتصالات السعودية (stc) عن توفر وظيفة محلل إعلامي أول (Senior Media Analyst) في الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى شاغل الوظيفة مسؤولية إدارة العلاقات الإعلامية لشركة stc من خلال خطط فعالة وتوجيهات إدارة الاتصال المؤسسي، وذلك وفقاً للسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم مبادرات الاتصال المؤسسي من خلال تغطية الأخبار الإعلامية للوصول إلى جميع شرائح العملاء عبر منصات إعلامية مختلفة (تلفزيون، صحف، وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي).
- بناء وإدارة علاقات صحفية محلية وعالمية طويلة الأمد مع القنوات التلفزيونية ووكالات الصحف/الرقمية لتعزيز العلامة التجارية لـ stc والريادة في تغطية أخبار الاتصالات في المنطقة.
- مراقبة التغطية الإعلامية المتعلقة بـ stc وتقديم ردود/تصحيحات فورية وعالية الجودة في حالة التغطية السلبية حفاظاً على صورة العلامة التجارية.
- مراقبة التغطية الإعلامية شهرياً وتقديم تقارير لإدارة الاتصال المؤسسي والإدارة العليا حول تأثير الأخبار المحلية والدولية على صورة العلامة التجارية.
- تقديم الدعم الإعلامي للرئيس التنفيذي والقيادات العليا خلال الفعاليات المحلية والدولية من خلال حجز المقابلات التلفزيونية والمواعيد مع الصحفيين لضمان حضور نشط لـ stc أمام جميع أصحاب المصلحة والمستثمرين المحتملين.
- التنسيق مع قسم دعم المحتوى في العلاقات الإعلامية لتطوير البيانات الصحفية ونقاط الحوار للقاءات والخطابات التنفيذية، والتأكد من توافق المحتوى مع استراتيجية العلامة التجارية ومعايير الجودة.
- التنسيق الاستباقي مع القطاعات المعنية داخل stc لتخطيط احتياجات التغطية الإعلامية سنوياً.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال العلاقات العامة والإعلام، ويفضل أن تكون في مؤسسة كبيرة في قطاع الاتصالات.

The role holder is responsible for managing stc’s Media Relations through effective plans and directions from management of Corporate Communication. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.
Job Responsibility
- Support Corporate Communication initiatives by providing media news coverage in order to reach all customer segments through different media platforms (TV, Newspapers, Social Media).
- Build and manage long term local and international Media press relations with TV Channels and News Paper/Digital agencies in order to strengthen the STC Brand and lead Telecom news coverage in the region.
- Monitor STC related media coverage and provide high quality and on the spot feedback/ rebuttal in case of negative press coverage in order to safeguard STC Brand image.
- Monitor & report on a monthly basis to Corporate Communication management and top management the media news coverage and impact from international/local news outlets on STC Brand image.
- Provide media support to GCEO & Top Executives including Group CEOs during local and International events by booking TV spots and appointments with Journalist in order for STC to have an activate presence during such events for all stakeholders and potential investors.
- Coordinate with Media Relation Content Support section to develop press releases, interview talk points and executive speeches and ensure all content created is aligned with STC Brand strategy and content quality standards.
- Proactively Coordinate with the relevant Sectors within STC to plan Media coverage needs on annual basis.
