Role Description

The Forklift Operator will be responsible for operating industrial trucks to load, unload, move, and stack materials safely within our high-volume logistics and warehouse facilities in the Industrial City. This role requires strict adherence to safety protocols, high efficiency, and physical precision to support daily supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

1. Material Handling & Equipment Operation

• Safely operate various types of forklifts including counterbalance trucks, reach trucks, and heavy-duty container handlers.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments from containers, flatbeds, and delivery trucks.
• Move raw materials and finished goods to designated storage areas, high-bay racking systems, or production lines.
• Stack goods securely following proper weight distribution and height safety limits.

2. Warehouse & Inventory Support

• Verify load accuracy against picking lists, delivery notes, or bills of lading.
• Identify and report any product damages, packaging defects, or inventory discrepancies immediately.
• Perform manual sorting, palletizing, and wrapping of goods when necessary to secure loads.

3. Safety, Maintenance & Compliance

• Conduct daily pre-operational checks on the forklift (brakes, fluids, lights, hydraulic systems) and complete the log sheet.
• Report any mechanical faults or maintenance needs to the supervisor instantly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace in compliance with internal safety guidelines and local industrial city regulations.
• Strictly follow warehouse speed limits and pedestrian right-of-way rules.

Job Requirements & Specifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent technical training certificate is an advantage.

Licensing (Mandatory): Must possess a Valid Saudi Forklift Operator License or a verified TUV Certification.

Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5+ years of continuous experience working as a forklift operator inside local KSA warehouses, manufacturing plants, or logistics centers.

Technical Expertise:

• Proven proficiency in operating both counterbalance and reach trucks.
• Practical experience in tight-space maneuvering and container loading/unloading.
• Solid understanding of basic warehouse inventory management protocols.
