تعلن الاتصالات السعودية (STC) عن توفر وظيفة خبير في تصميم وتنفيذ أمن المعلومات (Security Design & Implementation Expert) في مدينة الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى شاغل الوظيفة مسؤولية تصميم أطر وهياكل أمن الشبكات وأمن المعلومات المتخصصة لحماية البنية التحتية والأنظمة والبيانات من التهديدات السيبرانية، وضمان تنفيذ إجراءات الكشف والوقاية والاستجابة الاستباقية بما يتوافق مع المتطلبات التنظيمية وأفضل الممارسات المهنية، مع الالتزام بالسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم أطر أمن الشبكات لحماية البنية التحتية والأصول التقنية والبيانات، وذلك بما يتوافق مع استراتيجيات الأمن السيبراني واللوائح الصناعية.
- تطوير وصيانة بنية أمن الشبكات وأمن المعلومات المتخصصة لضمان حماية البيئات الرقمية والمرونة في مواجهة التهديدات السيبرانية.
- وضع إرشادات أمنية على مستوى الأجهزة للأنظمة الحيوية والتجارية، تشمل ضوابط الوصول ومعايير التشفير وبروتوكولات المصادقة.
- دعم تصميم وتنفيذ وتحسين مركز عمليات الأمن (SOC) للأنظمة الحيوية لتمكين الكشف الاستباقي عن التهديدات والاستجابة للحوادث وتخفيف الأثر.
- تنسيق أنشطة البائعين المتعلقة بنشر SOC وترقية أنظمة الأمن السيبراني، وضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات الفنية والأمنية للشركة.
- تنفيذ ومراقبة حلول الأمن الوقائية مثل جدران الحماية وأنظمة كشف التسلل وأدوات مكافحة الفيروسات لحماية المؤسسة من التهديدات الخارجية.
- دعم دمج أدوات الكشف المتقدمة عن التهديدات (مثل SIEM و EDR و IDS/IPS) لتمكين المراقبة الأمنية والاستجابة في الوقت الفعلي.
- تطوير وصيانة خطط تقييم الثغرات الأمنية عبر أنظمة الشركة وشبكاتها وتطبيقاتها لاكتشاف ومعالجة نقاط الضعف المحتملة.
- تحسين وتكييف منهجيات اختبار الاختراق وإدارة الثغرات الأمنية استجابةً للتحديات السيبرانية الناشئة.
- تطوير وصيانة أدلة الاستجابة للحوادث وبروتوكولات الاتصال لتقليل الضرر الناتج عن الخروقات الأمنية، والإبلاغ عن الاختراقات المتعلقة بالأنظمة الحيوية إلى مركز التحكم المعني (MCC) حسب الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس كحد أدنى
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات ولا تزيد عن 6 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة
- التخصص المفضل: أمن الشبكات، تقنية المعلومات، أو أي مجال ذي صلة

Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for designing specialized’s cybersecurity and network security architecture, frameworks, and protocols to safeguard infrastructure, systems, and data from cyber threats. ensures proactive detection, prevention, and response measures are implemented in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.
Key Functional Accountability
Educational Level: Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Years of Relevant Experience: 3-6 Years
Most Preferred Education Field: Network Security, Information Technology, or any related field
The role holder is responsible for designing specialized’s cybersecurity and network security architecture, frameworks, and protocols to safeguard infrastructure, systems, and data from cyber threats. ensures proactive detection, prevention, and response measures are implemented in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.
Key Functional Accountability
- Design network security frameworks to protect infrastructure, technology assets, and data, in line with cybersecurity strategies and industry regulations.
- Develop and maintain specialized’s network and cybersecurity architecture to safeguard digital environments and ensure resilience against cyber threats.
- Establish device-level security guidelines for Mission-Critical and Business-Critical, including access controls, encryption standards, and authentication protocols.
- Support the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the Mission-Critical Security Operations Center (SOC) to enable proactive threat detection, incident response, and mitigation.
- Coordinate vendor activities related to SOC deployment and cybersecurity system upgrades, ensuring compliance with specialized’s technical and security requirements.
- Implement and monitor preventative security solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus tools to protect the organization from external threats.
- Support the integration of advanced threat detection tools (e.g., SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS) to enable real-time security monitoring and response capabilities.
- Develop and maintain vulnerability assessment plans across specialized’s systems, networks, and applications to detect and resolve potential weaknesses.
- Improve and adapt penetration testing and vulnerability management methodologies in response to emerging cybersecurity challenges. -Develop and maintain incident response playbooks and communication protocols to minimize damage from security breaches and report Mission-Critical -related breaches to the MCC as required.
