تعلن الاتصالات السعودية عن توفر وظيفة خبير منصات تقنية في الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يدعم شاغل الوظيفة تنفيذ وتكامل وتحسين منصات تقنية وتطبيقات تكنولوجيا المعلومات الخاصة بشركة Specialized (المتخصصة) لضمان عمليات أعمال موثوقة وفعالة، ويساهم في أنشطة دورة حياة التطبيقات وتكامل الأنظمة ومراقبة الأداء والأمن والدعم الفني بالتنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين ومقدمي الخدمات الخارجيين، وذلك وفقاً للسياسات والإجراءات المقررة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تنفيذ خطة تطبيقات تكنولوجيا المعلومات لشركة Specialized وضمان تكاملها الفعال مع الأجهزة الحرجة للمهام (Mission-Critical) والأعمال (Business-Critical) وأنظمة العملاء والبيئات التقنية ذات الصلة.
- تنفيذ وصيانة تطبيقات تكنولوجيا المعلومات ومنصات التقنية على مستوى المؤسسة لدعم الكفاءة التشغيلية وإدارة البيانات وأتمتة سير العمل.
- تنفيذ أنشطة دورة حياة التطبيقات بما في ذلك جمع المتطلبات والاختبار والنشر والترقية والصيانة المستمرة.
- تنسيق تكامل تطبيقات تكنولوجيا المعلومات مع الأنظمة الداخلية والبنية التحتية والأجهزة وأصول الشبكة لضمان قابلية التشغيل البيني والتشغيل الموثوق.
- مراقبة أداء التطبيقات ومدى توفرها وأمنها وقابليتها للتوسع، وتحديد فرص التحسين لتلبية متطلبات الأعمال والتشغيل المتطورة.
- تطبيق ضوابط حوكمة البيانات والأمان عبر تطبيقات تكنولوجيا المعلومات بما يتوافق مع أطر حوكمة البيانات والأمن السيبراني المعتمدة.
- التنسيق مع موردي التطبيقات ومقدمي الخدمات وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين المعنيين لدعم تسليم الحلول وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالتطبيقات.
- تحليل حوادث التطبيقات ومشكلات الأداء المتكررة ودعم تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
- تقديم الدعم الفني للمشكلات المتعلقة بالتطبيقات مع ضمان الحل في الوقت المناسب وتقليل انقطاع الخدمة.
- المساهمة في تحسين التطبيقات والأتمتة ومبادرات تحسين العمليات بناءً على متطلبات الأعمال والتقنية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 6 سنوات.
- المجال التعليمي الأكثر تفضيلاً: أمن المعلومات، نظم المعلومات، أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة.

Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for supporting the implementation, integration, and optimization of Specialized’s technology platforms and IT applications to ensure reliable and efficient business operations. The role contributes to application lifecycle activities, system integration, performance monitoring, security, and technical support while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external service providers to meet business and operational requirements. The role holder shall carry out their duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

The role contributes to application lifecycle activities, system integration, performance monitoring, security, and technical support while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external service providers to meet business and operational requirements. Key Functional Accountability
- Support the execution of Specialized’s IT applications plan, ensuring effective integration with Mission-Critical and Business-Critical devices, client systems, and relevant technology environments.
- Implement and maintain organization-wide IT applications and technology platforms to support operational efficiency, data management, and workflow automation.
- Execute application lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
- Coordinate the integration of IT applications with internal systems, infrastructure, devices, and network assets to ensure interoperability and reliable operations.
- Monitor application performance, availability, security, and scalability, and identify improvement opportunities to meet evolving business and operational requirements.
- Apply data governance and security controls across IT applications in alignment with approved data governance and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Coordinate with application vendors, service providers, and relevant internal stakeholders to support solution delivery and resolve application-related issues.
- Analyze application incidents and recurring performance issues and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide technical support for application-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal service disruption.
- Contribute to application enhancements, automation, and process improvement initiatives based on business and technology requirements.
