تعلن شركة هنتنغ (Hunting) عن توفر وظيفة مفتش جودة (QC Inspector) في الظهران، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية، بنظام دوام كامل وتحت إشراف مدير QHSE.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء الفحص البصري والأبعادي للأجزاء المشغولة، بما في ذلك فحص القطعة الأولى، فحص أثناء التصنيع، فحص الاستلام، والفحص النهائي.
- الفحص باستخدام تقنيات الاختبار غير الإتلافي (NDT) إذا كان حاصلاً على شهادة المستوى الثاني في NDT.
- فحص الصلادة، واختبار الضغط، وفحص الوصلات الممتازة (Premium Connection)، واختبار الانجراف (Drift testing)، والفحص الخدمي.
- رفع نتائج فحص الصلادة والاختبار غير الإتلافي واختبار الانجراف إلى جداول البيانات.
- إجراء الفحص البصري وإعادة الاعتماد لمعدات الرفع.
- التحكم في المنتجات غير المطابقة.
- الالتزام بإجراءات نظام إدارة الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة (QMS & HSE) وتعليمات العمل الخاصة بالشركة.
- الالتزام بسياسة الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- صلاحية إجراء المعايرة وتحديث السجلات في قاعدة بيانات المعدات.
- صلاحية استلام واعتماد شهادات المواد (MTC).
- صلاحية إعداد تقارير الفحص.
- صلاحية الإفراج عن المواد بعد الفحص النهائي (للمنتجات غير الحاصلة على علامة API).
- صلاحية إيقاف العملية في حال وجود أي انحرافات أو مخاوف تتعلق بجودة المنتج أو الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- صلاحية مراجعة جميع الوثائق المرفقة مع العناصر التي تتطلب فحص جودة.
- صلاحية مشاهدة اختبار الضغط.
- المساءلة عن إجراء الفحص وفقاً للمتطلبات المحددة.
- المساءلة عن رفع تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCR) سواء كانت داخلية أو للمقاولين من الباطن.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- رخصة قيادة سعودية سارية المفعول.
- شهادة جامعية أو دبلوم تقني ذو صلة، أو خبرة صناعية من 2 إلى 3 سنوات.
- شهادة الحزام الأخضر أو الحزام الأسود في Lean 6-Sigma.
- شهادة NEBOSH المستوى 5 أو 6 الوطنية أو خبرة صناعية ذات صلة.
- خبرة واسعة في التدقيق.
- معرفة عميقة بالمعايير والقوانين الدولية للصحة والسلامة والبيئة والجودة (HSEQ).
- خبرة في ISO 9001، API Q1 & Q2، OHSAS 18001، ISO 14001.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات إدارة المخاطر والتحقيق في الحوادث.
- تقنيات تحليل وإعداد التقارير المفصلة بما في ذلك تصور وتحليل البيانات.
- كفاءة عالية في استخدام الحاسوب (معالجة النصوص، جداول البيانات، العروض التقديمية).
- مهارة في إعداد وتطوير وتقديم البرامج التدريبية.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة (كتابياً وشفهياً)، وقدرة على التأثير والعلاقات الشخصية.
- سلوك مهني عالٍ.
- الاستعداد للسفر وقضاء فترات بعيداً عن المنزل.

- Responsible for the visual and dimensional inspection of machined items this includes:
- First off inspection
- In-process inspection
- Receiving Inspection
- Final inspection
- NDT inspection if NDT Level 2 Certified
- Hardness Inspection
- Pressure testing witness
- Premium Connection inspection
- Drift testing
- Service inspection
- Responsible for uploading all hardness, Non-destructive testing, and drift testing results onto a spreadsheet.
- Responsible for carrying out lifting equipment visual examination and recertification.
- Responsible for the control of non-conforming products.
- Responsible for Adhere Hunting QMS & HSE system procedures, and work instructions.
- Responsible for to Adhere the Quality & HSE Policy.
- Authority for carrying out Calibration and updating records in the Equipment database.
- Authority for receiving and approving the MTC.
- Authority for preparing the inspection reports.
- Authority to release the material after final inspection- Non-API monogram products
- Authority to stop the process if any deviations/concerns about product quality and HSE.
- Authority for the review of all documentation supplied with all items that require a quality inspection.
- Authority to witness the pressure testing.
- Accountable for performing an inspection as per the stated requirements.
- Accountable for raising Non-conformance reports either internal or Sub-con.
- Full Saudi Driving Licence
- Relevant university or ITI diploma, or 2 - 3 Industry experience
- Green Belt/Black Belt in Lean 6-Sigma
- NEBOSH 5 or 6 National Diploma or relevant Industry experience
- Wide ranging auditing experience
- In depth knowledge of HSEQ International Codes and Standards
- Experience of ISO9001, API Q1 & Q2 OHAS 18001 ISO 14001
- Risk management and incident investigation skills
- Detailed analysis and reporting techniques including the visualisation and analysis of data
- High level of computer proficiency (work processing, spreadsheets and presentations
- Skilled in preparation, development and delivery of training programs.
- Excellent communication (both written and oral), influencing and interpersonal skills
- Highly professional conduct
- Must be willing to travel and able to spend time away from home.
