نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى شاغل الوظيفة مسؤولية قيادة تنفيذ وتكامل وتحسين منصات التقنية وتطبيقات تقنية المعلومات لدى الشركة المتخصصة، بما يدعم كفاءة العمليات وإدارة البيانات ومتطلبات الأعمال. يقدم الخبرة الفنية عبر دورة حياة التطبيقات وتكامل الأنظمة والأداء والأمان وقابلية التوسع، بالتنسيق مع الجهات الداخلية ومقدمي الخدمات الخارجيين لضمان حلول تقنية موثوقة وفعالة. يؤدي مهامه وفقاً للسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساهمة في تطوير وتنفيذ خطة تطبيقات تقنية المعلومات للشركة المتخصصة، وضمان التكامل الفعال مع الأجهزة الحرجة (Mission-Critical وBusiness-Critical) وأنظمة العملاء والبيئات التقنية ذات الصلة.
- قيادة تنفيذ وتحسين وصيانة تطبيقات تقنية المعلومات والمنصات التقنية على مستوى المؤسسة لتحسين كفاءة العمليات وإدارة البيانات وأتمتة سير العمل.
- إدارة أنشطة دورة حياة التطبيقات، بما في ذلك جمع المتطلبات وتطوير الحلول والاختبار والنشر والترقيات والصيانة المستمرة.
- دفع تكامل تطبيقات تقنية المعلومات مع الأنظمة الداخلية والبنية التحتية والأجهزة وأصول الشبكة لضمان قابلية التشغيل البيني وتقديم خدمات موثوقة.
- مراقبة وتحسين أداء التطبيقات وتوفرها وأمانها وقابليتها للتوسع لتلبية المتطلبات التشغيلية والتنظيمية المتطورة.
- تنفيذ وصيانة ضوابط حوكمة البيانات والأمان عبر تطبيقات تقنية المعلومات بما يتوافق مع أطر حوكمة البيانات والأمن السيبراني المعتمدة.
- التنسيق مع موردي التطبيقات ومقدمي الخدمات والأطراف الثالثة لضمان تقديم الحلول الفعالة والدعم الفني وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالتطبيقات.
- تحليل حوادث التطبيقات والمشكلات المتكررة واتجاهات الأداء، وتقديم توصيات للتحسينات الفنية والإجراءات التصحيحية لتعزيز موثوقية المنصة.
- تقديم الدعم الفني المتقدم والتوجيه للمشكلات الحرجة للتطبيقات، مع ضمان الحل في الوقت المناسب وتقليل انقطاع الخدمة.
- تحديد فرص تعزيز وأتمتة وتحسين المنصات التقنية وعمليات التطبيقات استجابةً لمتطلبات الأعمال المتطورة والقدرات التقنية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات.
- يفضل مجال تعليم: أمن المعلومات، نظم المعلومات، أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة.

Job Purpose

Key Functional Accountability
- Contribute to the development and execution of Specialized’s IT applications plan, ensuring effective integration with Mission-Critical and Business-Critical devices, client systems, and relevant technology environments.
- Lead the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of organization-wide IT applications and technology platforms to improve operational efficiency, data management, and workflow automation.
- Manage application lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, solution development, testing, deployment, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
- Drive the integration of IT applications with internal systems, infrastructure, devices, and network assets to ensure interoperability and reliable service delivery.
- Monitor and optimize application performance, availability, security, and scalability to meet evolving business, operational, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain data governance and security controls across IT applications in alignment with approved data governance and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Coordinate with application vendors, service providers, and third parties to ensure effective solution delivery, technical support, and resolution of application-related issues.
- Analyze application incidents, recurring issues, and performance trends, and recommend technical improvements and corrective actions to enhance platform reliability.
- Provide advanced technical support and guidance for critical application issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal service disruption.
- Identify opportunities to enhance, automate, and optimize technology platforms and application processes in response to evolving business requirements and technology capabilities.
