نبحث عن أخصائي توظيف ومشاركة مع أصحاب العمل لدعم توظيف خريجي برنامج التدريب والتوظيف. سيركز الدور على بناء علاقات مع أصحاب العمل، واستقطاب فرص العمل، ومطابقة الخريجين مع الأدوار المناسبة، وتنسيق المقابلات وعمليات التوظيف، ومتابعة الخريجين بعد التوظيف. يجب أن يتمتع المرشح المثالي بخبرة مثبتة وفهم قوي لأسواق التوظيف والعمل في المملكة العربية السعودية والبحرين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- بناء والحفاظ على العلاقات مع أصحاب العمل ووكالات التوظيف وفرق الموارد البشرية واكتساب المواهب في المملكة العربية السعودية والبحرين.
- تحديد فرص التوظيف واستقطاب الوظائف الشاغرة المناسبة، خاصة في مجالات التكنولوجيا والبرمجة والرقمنة وتقنية المعلومات والأمن السيبراني والبيانات وضمان الجودة.
- مطابقة خريجي البرنامج مع فرص العمل المناسبة بناءً على مهاراتهم ومؤهلاتهم واهتماماتهم واستعدادهم.
- تنسيق إحالات المرشحين والطلبات والمقابلات والتقييمات وملاحظات أصحاب العمل والعروض وعمليات الانضمام.
- دعم الخريجين من خلال مراجعة السيرة الذاتية والإعداد للمقابلات والمقابلات التجريبية وفهم توقعات أصحاب العمل.
- تمثيل البرنامج في اجتماعات أصحاب العمل ومعارض التوظيف والفعاليات والأنشطة الشبكية.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لأصحاب العمل والوظائف الشاغرة والمرشحين والمقابلات والعروض والتوظيف والاحتفاظ بهم.
- تتبع تقدم التوظيف ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية وتحديد التحديات واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة لدعم أهداف التوظيف.
- إجراء متابعة ما بعد التوظيف مع الخريجين وأصحاب العمل ودعم فحوصات الاحتفاظ بعد 30 و60 و90 يوماً.
- إعداد تقارير دورية عن الوظائف الشاغرة وتقدم التوظيف وعمليات التوظيف ونتائج الاحتفاظ.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال أو الإدارة أو التطوير المهني أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة 3+ سنوات في التوظيف أو اكتساب المواهب أو التوظيف الوظيفي أو مشاركة أصحاب العمل أو تنمية القوى العاملة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في بناء علاقات مع أصحاب العمل وتحقيق فرص عمل.
- فهم قوي لعمليات التوظيف ومطابقة المرشحين.
- الخبرة في سوق العمل السعودي و/أو البحريني مفضلة للغاية.
- الخبرة في التوظيف للأدوار التقنية أو الرقمية ميزة قوية.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاوض والتواصل الشبكي وإدارة العلاقات.
- موجه نحو الأهداف، منظم، واستباقي مع قدرات قوية في حل المشكلات.
- إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
- معرفة جيدة بـ Microsoft Office وATS/CRM وأدوات التوظيف أو إعداد التقارير.
- الاستعداد للسفر داخل المملكة العربية السعودية والبحرين عند الحاجة.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience and a strong understanding of the recruitment and labor markets in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with employers, recruitment agencies, HR, and Talent Acquisition teams in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
- Identify hiring opportunities and source suitable vacancies, particularly in technology, programming, digital, IT, cybersecurity, data, and QA.
- Match program graduates with suitable job opportunities based on their skills, qualifications, interests, and readiness.
- Coordinate candidate referrals, applications, interviews, assessments, employer feedback, offers, and onboarding.
- Support graduates with CV reviews, interview preparation, mock interviews, and understanding employer expectations.
- Represent the program at employer meetings, career fairs, recruitment events, and networking activities.
- Maintain accurate records of employers, vacancies, candidates, interviews, offers, placements, and retention.
- Track placement progress and KPIs, identify challenges, and take appropriate actions to support employment targets.
- Conduct post-placement follow-up with graduates and employers and support 30-, 60-, and 90-day retention checks.
- Prepare regular reports on vacancies, recruitment progress, placements, and retention outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Career Development, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Job Placement, Employer Engagement, Workforce Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience building employer relationships and generating job opportunities.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and candidate-matching processes.
- Experience in the Saudi and/or Bahrain labor market is highly preferred.
- Experience recruiting for technology or digital roles is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented, organized, and proactive with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, ATS/CRM, and recruitment or reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia and Bahrain when required.
