EY تعلن عن فرصة وظيفية في الرياض لمسمى مدير / مدير أول - خدمات تغير المناخ والاستدامة (CCaSS)، مع التركيز على قطاعي الطاقة والصناعات. نحن نبحث عن محترف استدامة ذي توجه تجاري يجمع بين الفهم التقني والنهج الاستشاري الاستراتيجي لبناء علاقات العملاء وتطوير الفرص الجديدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطبيق منهجيات حل المشكلات المنظمة لتحديد قضايا العملاء، ووضع الفرضيات، وتحليل المعلومات، وتصميم حلول عملية قائمة على القيمة.
- إدارة مسارات العمل عبر مهام متعددة للعملاء، وضمان مخرجات عالية الجودة والتسليم في الوقت المحدد، والتنسيق الفعّال مع أعضاء الفريق الأقدم.
- بناء علاقات موثوقة مع أصحاب المصلحة لدى العملاء والمساهمة في النقاشات رفيعة المستوى في قطاعي الطاقة والصناعات.
- تطوير عروض تقديمية ومقترحات وتقارير وملخصات تنفيذية ومواد جاهزة للعميل بطريقة واضحة ومقنعة.
- تحديد وتشكيل فرص تطوير الأعمال من خلال طرح الأفكار ذات الصلة، وفهم أولويات العملاء، وتحويل الفرص إلى مشاريع.
- المساهمة في المقترحات والعروض والتخطيط للحسابات والمسح السوقي والفكر القيادي ومبادرات الذهاب إلى السوق.
- تقديم الاستشارات للعملاء عبر مواضيع استدامة متعددة مثل إستراتيجية المناخ، ESG، إزالة الكربون، الاقتصاد الدائري، إدارة النفايات، إدارة المياه، سلاسل التوريد المستدامة، والإبلاغ عن الاستدامة.
- دعم الأعمال المتعلقة بمخاطر المناخ والإفصاح، بما في ذلك IFRS S1 و IFRS S2 حسب مقتضى المهمة.
- المساهمة في تطوير منهجيات EY وأدواتها وأصول المعرفة والعروض السوقية.
- دعم نمو فريق عالي الأداء من خلال التدريب وتبادل المعرفة والتعاون والمساهمة النشطة في ثقافة فريق إيجابية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية (بكالوريوس) أو ما يعادلها في تخصص ذي صلة مثل الهندسة أو العلوم البيئية أو الاستدامة أو الاقتصاد أو الأعمال أو السياسات العامة أو مجال ذي صلة (يُفضل ماجستير أو MBA).
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الاستدامة أو تغير المناخ أو ESG أو الإستراتيجية أو الاستشارات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في مواضيع استدامة متعددة ضمن قطاعي الطاقة والصناعات.
- خبرة في تطوير مخرجات العملاء والعروض التقديمية والمقترحات والاتصالات التنفيذية.
- سجل في المساهمة في تطوير الأعمال أو إدارة علاقات العملاء أو تحويل الفرص إلى عقود.
- الإقامة الحالية في الرياض، أو القدرة والالتزام بالإقامة في الرياض.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Apply structured problem-solving to define client issues, develop hypotheses, analyse information, and design practical, value-focused solutions.
- Manage workstreams across multiple client engagements, ensuring high-quality outputs, timely delivery, and effective coordination with senior team members.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and contribute to senior-level discussions across the Energy and Industrials sectors.
- Develop clear, persuasive presentations, proposals, reports, executive summaries, and other client-ready materials.
- Identify and shape business development opportunities by seeding relevant ideas, understanding client priorities, and helping convert opportunities into projects.
- Contribute to proposals, pitches, account planning, market scans, thought leadership, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Advise clients across multiple sustainability topics, which may include climate strategy, ESG, decarbonisation, circular economy, waste management, water stewardship, sustainable supply chains, and sustainability reporting.
- Support work related to climate risk and disclosure, including IFRS S1 and IFRS S2, where relevant to the engagement.
- Contribute to the development of EY methodologies, tools, knowledge assets, and market-facing propositions.
- Support the growth of a high-performing team through coaching, knowledge sharing, collaboration, and active contribution to a positive team culture.

- Strong analytical, quantitative, research, and report-writing skills.
- An undergraduate degree, or equivalent, in a relevant discipline such as engineering, environmental science, sustainability, economics, business, public policy, or a related field. An MSc, MBA, or other advanced degree is advantageous.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in sustainability, climate change, ESG, strategy, consulting, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience across multiple sustainability topics within the Energy and Industrials sectors.
- Experience developing client deliverables, presentations, proposals, and executive-level communications.
- Evidence of contributing to business development, client relationship management, or the conversion of opportunities into engagements.
- Current location in Riyadh, or the ability and commitment to be based in Riyadh.
- Professional experience in the GCC and an understanding of the region’s sustainability and commercial landscape.
- Hands-on experience in circular economy, circularity, and waste management.
- Knowledge of water-related topics, including water strategy, stewardship, efficiency, or risk.
- Understanding of IFRS S1 and IFRS S2, climate risk, and climate-related disclosure requirements.
- Experience with a leading consulting or professional services firm.
- Relevant professional qualifications or further studies in sustainability, climate, ESG, risk, or related disciplines.
