شركة AVEVA، إحدى الشركات الرائدة عالمياً في البرمجيات الصناعية، تعلن عبر منصة MyOmniCareer عن وظيفة مهندس متخرج (Graduate Engineer) للعمل في الخبر، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستعمل ضمن فريق مركز عمليات AVEVA (AOC) لدعم وتنفيذ حلول برمجية تلبي احتياجات العملاء في مجال إدارة المعلومات والتوأم الرقمي، مع التركيز على صناعات النفط والغاز والبتروكيماويات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ خدمات مع العملاء تشمل تطبيق الحلول القياسية والمخصصة، التدريب، جمع المتطلبات وتحليلها، تعريف الحلول، وتخصيص البرمجيات.
- تقديم الدعم الفني للعملاء بشأن استخدام المنتجات.
- التنسيق مع الفرق العالمية في تطوير الحلول، التوثيق، النشر، والتسليم.
- ضمان تسليم المشروع وفق التصميم المحدد، ضمن الوقت والميزانية المقررة، وبما يحقق رضا العملاء.
- العمل كواجهة أساسية للعميل لضمان توافق الحلول المقترحة مع احتياجات أعماله.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال فنية للدعم المستمر للعملاء الرئيسيين الذين يحتاجون إلى إدارة علاقات فنية مستمرة.
- بناء علاقات موثوقة مع العملاء الداخليين والخارجيين من خلال تقديم دعم فني/هندسي دقيق وفعال.
- الرد على استفسارات العملاء وأسئلتهم ومشكلاتهم عبر تشخيص المشكلات وتقديم الحل التقني الأنسب بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
- القدرة على السفر إلى مواقع العملاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكيميائية أو أي تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
- خبرة عملية سابقة مع منتجات AOC و DT و Wonderware القديمة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة أساسية بالبرمجة/ال scripting (PowerShell, SQL, JavaScript, C).
- معرفة بـ Microsoft SQL Server أو قواعد البيانات العلائقية الأخرى.
- معرفة بميزات Windows Server مثل IIS و COM+.
- القدرة على تشخيص مشكلات التطبيقات بشكل منهجي وطلب المساعدة الفنية عند الحاجة.
- فهم المفاهيم المجردة مثل الكلاسات، الكائنات، السمات، والارتباطات.
- مهارات تواصل كتابية ممتازة، بما في ذلك إعداد المواصفات الفنية والمواد التدريبية.
- خبرة عملية سابقة في تطوير وتصميم HMI.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثاً).

Responsibilities
- Carry out service engagements with customers, including the implementation of standard and customised solutions, training, requirements gathering & analysis, solution definition and software customiz ation .
- Provide product usage support to customers .
- Liaise with Global teams in solution development, documentation, deployment and delivery.
- E nsuring the project is delivered as designed on time and within budget and to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Act as primary customer interface to ensure proposed solutions meet their business needs.
- Act as technical Point of Contact for on-going support of critical customers that need on-going technical relationship management.
- Develop sound and trusted relationships with internal and external customers by providing accurate and efficient technical/engineering support.
- Respond to customer inquiries, questions, and issues by diagnosing problems and providing the most appropriate technical solution in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ability to travel to customer sites.
- Educated to bachelor's degree level either in Chemical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline .
- Prior hands-on experience with AOC, DT and legacy Wonderware products .
- Desired skills
- Basic scripting /programming knowledge (PowerShell, SQL, JavaScript, C)
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Knowledge of Windows Server features such as IIS, COM+.
- Ability to troubleshoot implementations in a systematic way and bring in technical aid as needed.
- Understand abstract concepts such as classes, objects, attributes, associations.
- Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to produce technical specifications and training material .
- Prior hands-on experience in HMI development and designing .
- Fluent in English (written & spoken) .
