Alkhorayef Energy Systems (AES) is looking for a qualified CRM Team Lead to join our team in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage CRM operations, data quality, lead and account approvals, reporting, and user support.
• Lead CRM system enhancements, workflow automation, testing, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor customer-service channels, including the call center, chatbot, and WhatsApp.
• Oversee customer experience initiatives and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in CRM operations or customer experience.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, reporting, and workflow automation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
