THE TEAM

As Concierge Supervisor, you will be a key member of the Front Services team at Rosewood Red Sea, supporting the Concierge operation and ensuring guests receive exceptional service from arrival through departure. You will work closely with Front Office, Butler Services, Transportation, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and external partners to create seamless and memorable experiences.

YOUR ROLE

As Concierge Supervisor, you will lead the daily Concierge operation, ensuring personalized service, local expertise, and flawless coordination of guest requests. You will support the development of the Concierge team while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

Support and supervise the daily operation of the Concierge desk, ensuring exceptional guest service at all times.

Assist guests with transportation, dining reservations, destination recommendations, activities, and special requests.

Build strong relationships with local partners and service providers to enhance the guest experience.

Ensure accurate handling of guest information, itineraries, reservations, and follow-up requests.

Support the training and development of Concierge associates to maintain luxury service standards.

Proactively identify opportunities to create memorable and personalized experiences for guests.

You are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating meaningful connections.

You have experience within luxury hospitality, Concierge, Guest Relations, or Front Office operations.

You possess strong destination knowledge and enjoy sharing recommendations tailored to guest preferences.

You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You communicate confidently and build effective relationships with guests, colleagues, and external partners.

You lead by example, inspire teamwork, and maintain composure under pressure.
