تعلن شركة NOV عن توفر وظيفة مساعد مستودع في منطقة الشرقية، رأس الخير، السعودية. يتمثل الدور الأساسي في استلام ومعالجة المواد الواردة، انتقاء الطلبات وتعبئتها وشحنها، وإدارة المخزون وتنظيمه.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يقوم مساعد المستودع باستلام ومعالجة المواد الواردة، وانتقاء الطلبات وتعبئتها وشحنها، بالإضافة إلى إدارة وتنظيم واسترجاع المخزون في المستودع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساعدة في استلام وتفريغ وعد وتخزين المخزون الفعلي في المستودع.
- فتح الصناديق والكراتين والحاويات الأخرى.
- ضمان معالجة الطلبات بكفاءة وتسليم المواد وفق توقعات العملاء والجداول الزمنية.
- انتقاء المواد وفقاً لنموذج الطلب.
- فحص المواد للتأكد من سلامتها وعدم تلفها، وتعديل المخزون حسب الحاجة.
- تعبئة المواد وفق إرشادات التعبئة المحددة.
- شحن وتلبية طلبات العملاء في نظام المخزون، وإدخال أرقام التتبع والروابط المناسبة.
- الحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة ونظيفة عبر ترتيب الرفوف ومساحات المخزون ومناطق العمل؛ الكنس والتفريغ.
- تنظيم المستودع ومنطقة العمل بشكل دائم لضمان النظام.
- ارتداء معدات السلامة المناسبة.
- العمل باستمرار على تحسين العمليات وتقديم اقتراحات لزيادة الإنتاجية.
- التواصل والتعاون مع أعضاء الفريق الآخرين.
- الالتزام بعمليات التسليم الداخلية وتطبيق الإجراءات التصحيحية للقضاء على المشكلات المتكررة.
- مراقبة دقة المخزون وضمان تطابق المخزون الفعلي مع النظام، وتسجيل جميع حركات المخزون.
- إظهار المرونة والحزم والتفاؤل والانفتاح على التغيير.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال مماثل.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على المرونة والحزم والتفاؤل والانفتاح على التغيير.
- مهارات التواصل والتعاون مع الفريق.
- الاهتمام بالنظام والترتيب والسلامة.

Job Description
The primary role of the Warehouse Assistant includes the receiving and processing of incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders and managing, organising, and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

QUALIFICATIONS
High school degree or equivalent.
Experience Required: 3 Years of Experience.
The primary role of the Warehouse Assistant includes the receiving and processing of incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders and managing, organising, and retrieving stock in the warehouse.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with receiving, unloading, counting, and stocking physical inventory in the warehouse.
- Open boxes, crates, and other containers
- Ensure orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of materials meets customers’ expectations and business timelines.
- Pick items according to the Order form.
- Inspect items to ensure they’re not damaged or faulty and adjust inventory accordingly.
- Pack item according to specified packing guidelines
- Ship and fulfil customer orders in Inventory system, inputting appropriate tracking numbers and links.
- Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, inventory space and workstations neat; sweep and vacuum.
- Always organize warehouse and work area for orderliness
- Wear the proper safety equipment.
- Constantly work to improve processes.
- Make suggestions for productivity improvements.
- Communicate and collaborate with other team members.
- Ensure that internal delivery processes are adhered to.
- Sustain the corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues.
- Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring physical stock is in line with the inventory management system and ensure all stock movements are recorded to ensure accuracy.
- Ability to be resilient, assertive, optimistic, and open to change
QUALIFICATIONS
High school degree or equivalent.
Experience Required: 3 Years of Experience.
