المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشغيل مركبات الشركة بأمان لالتقاط البضائع ونقلها وتسليمها للعملاء والمواقع التجارية.
- تخطيط المسارات لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد وبأفضل كفاءة.
- تحميل وتفريغ البضائع مع التحقق من وثائق التسليم.
- التأكد من إتمام عمليات التسليم في الوقت المحدد وبحالة جيدة.
- التفاعل مع العملاء بشكل مهني، والتعامل مع عمليات الدفع الأساسية أو تأكيدات التسليم.
- الإبلاغ عن أي مشكلات أو تأخيرات أو أعطال في المركبات للمشرفين.

- دعم فرق المستودعات أو التحميل حسب الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول مع سجل قيادة نظيف والإلمام بطرق جدة ولوائح المرور.
- القدرة على رفع ونقل الطرود بأمان، واتباع إرشادات السلامة، والعمل في ظروف جوية ومرورية مختلفة.
- مهارات أساسية في القراءة وحفظ السجلات لإدارة ملاحظات التسليم والإيصالات ووثائق المسار.
- خبرة سابقة في مجال التوصيل أو الخدمات اللوجستية أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل ولكنها غير مطلوبة).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات خدمة العملاء للتواصل بوضوح والتعامل مع الاستفسارات وتمثيل الشركة بشكل مهني أثناء التوصيل.
- مهارات تشغيل الرافعة الشوكية (Forklift) لتحميل وتفريغ ونقل البضائع بأمان في المستودعات أو مناطق التحميل.
- خبرة تدريبية لتطبيق إجراءات السلامة وبروتوكولات التوصيل وتعلم العمليات الجديدة بسرعة.
- خبرة في المبيعات والأغذية والمشروبات لإدارة التعامل مع المنتجات وتأكيد الطلبات ودعم الأنشطة الترويجية أو البيعية عند الحاجة.
