المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة مشاريع تصميم المناظر الطبيعية والأعمال الصلبة (Landscape & Hardscape)، بما في ذلك تطوير المفهوم والتصميم التفصيلي والإشراف على الإنشاء.
  • تطوير مخططات ورسومات ومواصفات المناظر الطبيعية والأعمال الصلبة وفقاً لمتطلبات المشروع والمعايير التنظيمية.
  • إجراء تقييمات للموقع وتحليلات بيئية ودراسات جدوى لدعم قرارات التصميم.
  • التنسيق مع فرق متعددة التخصصات (مهندسين معماريين، مهندسين، مخططين) لدمج تصميمات المناظر الطبيعية والأعمال الصلبة في خطط المشروع الشاملة.
  • تقديم التوجيه الفني والإرشاد لمهندسي المناظر الطبيعية المبتدئين وأعضاء فريق التصميم.
  • التواصل مع العملاء والمقاولين والجهات التنظيمية لمعالجة متطلبات تصميم المناظر الطبيعية والأعمال الصلبة، وحل المشكلات الفنية، والحصول على الموافقات اللازمة.
  • مراقبة تقدم أعمال الإنشاء وجودتها وامتثالها لمواصفات التصميم من خلال الزيارات الميدانية والتفتيش.
  • مراجعة وتقييم مستندات المقاولين وطلبات المعلومات (RFIs) وتغييرات التصميم المقترحة المتعلقة بعناصر المناظر الطبيعية والأعمال الصلبة.
  • إعداد عروض تقديمية وتقارير ووثائق التصميم لعرضها على العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.
  • مواكبة أحدث الاتجاهات والابتكارات وأفضل الممارسات في هندسة المناظر الطبيعية وتصميم الأعمال الصلبة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في مهندس المناظر الطبيعية أو تصميم الأعمال الصلبة ضمن قطاع الاستشارات، مع تركيز على الإشراف الموقعي لمشاريع البنية التحتية.
  • مهارات تصميم قوية وكفاءة في استخدام برامج التصميم مثل AutoCAD وSketchUp وAdobe Creative Suite.
  • معرفة بالمواد النباتية وأنظمة الري ومواد الإنشاء الخاصة بعناصر الأعمال الصلبة.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والقيادة والعمل الجماعي.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة المناظر الطبيعية أو الهندسة المعمارية أو مجال ذي صلة؛ يفضل درجة الماجستير.
  • الترخيص المهني أو التسجيل كمهندس مناظر طبيعية يعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • يفضل وجود خبرة في العمل على مشاريع في المملكة العربية السعودية أو منطقة الشرق الأوسط.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Landscape/Hardscape Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience, specifically in interface management roles within the consultancy sector, with a strong background in site supervision for projects such as roads, tunnels, bridges, and highways.

Responsibilities

  • Lead landscape and hardscape design projects, including concept development, detailed design, and construction supervision.
  • Develop landscape and hardscape plans, drawings, and specifications in accordance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct site assessments, environmental analyses, and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and planners, to integrate landscape and hardscape designs into overall project plans.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior landscape architects and design team members.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to address landscape and hardscape design requirements, resolve technical issues, and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications during site visits and inspections.
  • Review and evaluate contractor submittals, RFIs, and proposed design changes related to landscape and hardscape elements.
  • Prepare design presentations, reports, and documentation for client meetings and project stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, innovations, and best practices in landscape architecture and hardscape design.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in landscape architecture or hardscape design roles within the consultancy sector, with a focus on site supervision for infrastructure projects.
  • Strong design skills and proficiency in landscape design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of plant materials, irrigation systems, and construction materials for hardscape elements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.
  • Professional licensure or registration as a Landscape Architect is advantageous.
  • Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region is preferred.
