تعلن شركة Tawantech عن وظيفة React Native Developer للعمل في فريقها التقني في منطقة الرياض، لدعم حلول الخدمات المصرفية الرقمية والمالية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتطوير وتحسين وصيانة تطبيقات الجوال عالية الأداء عبر المنصات باستخدام React Native.
- دعم التكامل مع الخدمات المصرفية مثل معلومات الحساب، تسجيل العملاء، المصادقة والترخيص، تحويل الأموال، المدفوعات، إدارة المستفيدين، سجل المعاملات، البطاقات وخدماتها، الإشعارات، والخدمات المصرفية الرقمية.
- التعامل مع المعلومات المالية والحساسة للعملاء وفق متطلبات الأمان والامتثال المصرفي.
- العمل مع طبقات التكامل المؤسسي وبوابات API والوسطاء والخدمات الخلفية حسب الاقتضاء.
- تطبيق ممارسات تطوير التطبيقات الآمنة المناسبة للبيئات المصرفية.
- تطبيق آليات المصادقة والترخيص الآمنة مثل OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, MFA والمصادقة البيومترية حسب الاقتضاء.
- حماية البيانات الحساسة أثناء النقل وعند التخزين، وتطبيق آليات تخزين آمنة للبيانات الاعتمادية والرموز والمعلومات الحساسة.
- اتباع أفضل ممارسات أمن الجوال ومعايير الأمان المؤسسية، والعمل مع فرق الأمن لمعالجة الثغرات.
- تطبيق ممارسات البرمجة الآمنة والحماية من الثغرات الأمنية الشائعة في الجوال وAPI.
- دعم تطبيق ربط الشهادات/المفاتيح العامة وغيرها من ضوابط أمن الجوال عند الحاجة.
- استهلاك وتكامل REST APIs والخدمات المستندة إلى JSON، ومعالجة مصادقة API والأخطاء وانتهاء المهلة وإعادة المحاولة والتحقق من الاستجابات.
- التعاون مع مطوري الخلفية وفرق API والمهندسين المعماريين والمحللين لحل مشكلات التكامل.
- استكشاف أخطاء API والتكامل في بيئات التطوير والاختبار والإنتاج وإصلاحها.
- العمل مع العمليات غير المتزامنة وآليات الاتصال في الوقت الفعلي عند الحاجة.
- تحليل وتحسين أداء التطبيق واستجابته واستخدام الذاكرة ووقت التشغيل.
- تحديد وإزالة اختناقات الأداء في كود React Native وJavaScript/TypeScript.
- تحسين التصيير وإدارة الحالة واستدعاءات API والرسوم المتحركة ومجموعات البيانات الكبيرة.
- مراقبة واستكشاف الأعطال وANRs وتسرب الذاكرة وغيرها من مشكلات أداء الجوال.
- ضمان تجربة متسقة عبر أنواع الأجهزة المختلفة وإصدارات أنظمة التشغيل.
- فهم منصتي Android وiOS الأساسيتين وتفاعلهما مع React Native، واستكشاف مشكلات البناء والتشغيل الأصلية.
- العمل مع Android Studio وGradle وXcode وCocoaPods والتبعيات الأصلية، وتطوير أو صيانة الوحدات الأصلية عند الحاجة.
- فهم مفاهيم Kotlin/Java وSwift/Objective-C الأساسية بما يكفي لاستكشاف الأخطاء وتكامل الوظائف الأصلية.
- كتابة وصيانة اختبارات الوحدة والتكامل والمكونات باستخدام Jest وReact Native Testing Library وDetox أو أدوات مماثلة.
- التعاون مع فرق ضمان الجودة لحل العيوب وتحسين جودة التطبيق، والمشاركة في الاختبارات الوظيفية والانحدار والأداء والأمن.
- ضمان جودة الكود من خلال مراجعات الأقران والاختبار الآلي والتكامل المستمر.
- العمل مع مسارات CI/CD للبناء الآلي والاختبار والنشر لتطبيقات الجوال.
- دعم إصدارات الجوال عبر Google Play Console وApple App Store/TestFlight باستخدام Git وGitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket وJenkins وAzure DevOps وGitHub Actions وFastlane أو تقنيات مماثلة.
- إدارة التهيئات الخاصة بالبيئة (تطوير، اختبار، تدريج، إنتاج) ودعم أنشطة إدارة الإصدار والتراجع والنشر.
- التحقيق في حوادث الإنتاج التي تؤثر على تطبيقات الجوال المصرفية وحلها، وإجراء تحليل السبب الجذري وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية الدائمة.
- مراقبة أعطال التطبيق وأخطاءه وفشل API ومشكلات الأداء، والمشاركة في أنشطة المناوبة أو إدارة الحوادث عند الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تطوير البرمجيات وتطبيقات الجوال.
- خبرة سابقة في القطاع المصرفي أو التقنيات المالية أو المدفوعات أو الخدمات المصرفية الرقمية (يفضل بشكل كبير).
- خبرة في تطبيقات الخدمات المصرفية الرقمية، الجوال المصرفي، الخدمات المصرفية للأفراد/الشركات، المدفوعات، إدارة البطاقات، تحويل الأموال، إدارة المستفيدين، المصادقة متعددة العوامل، الخدمات المصرفية المفتوحة، بوابات الدفع، تكامل الخدمات المصرفية الأساسية، أو الخدمات المصرفية عبر API (تعتبر ميزة إضافية).
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة مهنية قوية في تطوير React Native.

- Collaborate with backend developers, API teams, architects, and business analysts to resolve integration issues.
- Troubleshoot API and integration failures across development, testing, and production environments.
- Work with asynchronous operations and real-time communication mechanisms where required.
- Analyze and improve application performance, responsiveness, memory usage, and startup time.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript code.
- Optimize rendering, state management, API calls, animations, and large data sets.
- Monitor and troubleshoot crashes, ANRs, memory leaks, and other mobile performance issues.
- Ensure applications provide a consistent experience across different device types and operating-system versions.

- Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Monitor application crashes, errors,API failures, and performance issues.
- Participate in on-call or incident-management activities when required.
- Work closely with infrastructure, backend, security, DevOps, and support teams to resolve critical incidents.
- Strong professional experience in React Native development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of React.js and React Native architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Redux / Redux Toolkit or equivalent state-management solutions.
- Strong experience integrating REST APIs and backend services.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and API communication.
