تعلن شركة TASC Outsourcing عن توفر وظيفة مهندس ميكانيكي (Mechanical Engineer) في جدة، السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

بصفتك مهندسًا ميكانيكيًا مقيمًا في جدة، ستقود عمليات التصميم والتحليل والتحسين للأنظمة والمكونات الميكانيكية في مشاريع قطاع الطاقة. ستعمل بالتعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات لتقديم حلول هندسية مبتكرة وموثوقة تلبي متطلبات الأداء والسلامة والتنظيم.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير تصاميم ميكانيكية تفصيلية ونماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد باستخدام AutoCAD وSolidWorks وCATIA
  • إجراء تحليلات هندسية تشمل تحليل العناصر المحدودة (FEA) وديناميكا الموائع الحسابية (CFD) للتحقق من التصاميم
  • إجراء حسابات الديناميكا الحرارية وانتقال الحرارة لضمان كفاءة وموثوقية النظام
  • إعداد الرسومات الفنية والمواصفات والوثائق وفقًا لمعايير الصناعة
  • التعاون مع مديري المشاريع وفرق المشتريات والتصنيع لضمان تنفيذ المشروع بسلاسة
  • مراجعة والتحقق من تسليمات الموردين ووثائق الموردين
  • حل المشكلات الفنية أثناء النمذجة الأولية والاختبار والإنتاج
  • تقديم التوجيه الفني والإرشاد للمهندسين المبتدئين
  • المشاركة في مراجعات التصميم ومبادرات التحسين المستمر

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مجال ذي صلة
  • خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في التصميم والتحليل الميكانيكي
  • إتقان استخدام AutoCAD وSolidWorks وCATIA
  • خبرة عملية قوية في أدوات تحليل العناصر المحدودة (FEA) وديناميكا الموائع الحسابية (CFD)
  • معرفة متعمقة بمبادئ الديناميكا الحرارية وانتقال الحرارة
  • قدرة مثبتة على إجراء الحسابات الهندسية وحل المشكلات
  • الإلمام بمعايير التصميم الميكانيكي وعمليات التصنيع
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعمل الجماعي
  • يفضل: درجة الماجستير في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو تخصص ذي صلة
  • يفضل: ترخيص مهندس محترف (PE) أو شهادة معادلة
  • يفضل: خبرة في صناعة النفط والغاز أو البتروكيماويات
  • يفضل: شهادة إدارة المشاريع (PMP أو ما يعادلها)
  • يفضل: خبرة في أنظمة PLM/PDM
  • يفضل: تدريب متقدم أو شهادة في طرق FEA/CFD
  • يفضل: خبرة قيادية في فرق المشاريع الهندسية

About The Role

As a Mechanical Engineer based in Jeddah, you will lead the design, analysis, and optimization of mechanical systems and components for energy sector projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and reliable engineering solutions that meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed mechanical designs and 3D models using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CATIA
  • Perform engineering analyses including finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to validate designs
  • Conduct thermodynamics and heat transfer calculations to ensure system efficiency and reliability
  • Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation in compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Review and verify vendor deliverables and supplier documentation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during prototyping, testing, and production
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in mechanical design and analysis
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CATIA
  • Strong hands-on experience with FEA and CFD tools
  • In-depth knowledge of thermodynamics and heat transfer principles
  • Demonstrated ability to perform engineering calculations and problem-solving
  • Familiarity with mechanical design standards and manufacturing processes
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or equivalent certification
  • Experience in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry
  • Project management certification (PMP or similar)
  • Experience with PLM/PDM systems
  • Advanced training or certification in FEA/CFD methods
  • Leadership experience in engineering project teams
