تعلن شركة Chevron Phillips Chemical Company عن توفر وظيفة فني أجهزة تحليل (Technician - Analyzers) في مدينة الجبيل.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- تنفيذ الصيانة الروتينية والإصلاحية، واستكشاف الأعطال الأساسية وإصلاح معدات وأنظمة أجهزة التحليل للحفاظ على توفرها وموثوقيتها لعمليات المصنع.
- يعمل تحت الإشراف ووفقاً لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية للصيانة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- أن يكون قدوة في السلامة ويؤمن بمبدأ "العمل بأمان أو عدم العمل"، ويتبنى مبادئ العمليات كأساس للعمل واتخاذ القرارات.
- فهم وتعزيز مفهوم السلامة الاستباقية وتحمل المسؤولية الشخصية للبحث عن السلوكيات والظروف "عالية الخطورة" للمساهمة في تحقيق الهدف العام وهو الصفر حوادث.
- قراءة المخططات والرسومات التخطيطية لتحديد إجراءات العمل.
- دراسة أوامر العمل المستلمة وفهم العمل المطلوب إنجازه وتنفيذه وفقاً لمتطلبات أمر العمل.
- التقدم للحصول على تصريح العمل المناسب لتنفيذ مهمة الصيانة.
- تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة في المصنع على المعدات والأنظمة.
- تنفيذ استكشاف الأعطال وإصلاح المعدات والأنظمة.
- المساعدة في اختبار وتشغيل المعدات والأنظمة الجديدة أو المعدلة.
- المساعدة في أعمال الصيانة أثناء فترة التوقف.
- تطبيق إجراءات التحكم في المخاطر لضمان تنفيذ أنشطة العمل بأمان.
- تطبيق إجراءات السلامة لضمان أداء العمل بأمان والامتثال لأنظمة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات أدوات العمل قبل بدء الأنشطة.
- الحفاظ على النظافة الجيدة في مكان العمل.
- توثيق الأعمال المنفذة في نماذج الاختبار وتقارير الحالة.
- اتباع إجراءات التشغيل القياسية لأعمال الصيانة.
- الالتزام الصارم بسياسات وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والجودة لضمان سلامة الموظفين والامتثال التشريعي وتقديم خدمات/منتجات عالية الجودة والمسؤولية البيئية.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 0 إلى 3 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
- المؤهل العلمي المفضل: درجة دبلوم أو ما يعادلها في تخصص التحليل أو هندسة الأجهزة والتحكم.

Description
Saudi Industrial Investment Group (SIIG) with Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC, through a wholly owned affiliate Arabian Chevron Phillips Petrochemical Company (ACP), has two 50/50 joint venture projects in the Eastern Province Industrial City of Al-Jubail: Saudi Chevron Phillips Company (SCP) and Jubail Chevron Phillips Company (JCP). A third joint venture, Saudi Polymers Company (SPCo), is jointly owned by ACP and National Petrochemical Company (Petrochem).
Purpose/Introduction
Execute the routine repair corrective maintenance, basic troubleshooting and rectification of analyzer process equipment and systems to maintain their availability and reliability for plant operations. Works under supervision and in compliance with maintenance Standard Operating Procedures.

Responsibilities
Performs the process and activities may include but not limited to:

- Understands and promotes the concept of proactive safety and takes personal responsibility to seek out “at risk” behaviors and conditions to positively contribute to the overall goal of zero incidents.
- Reads diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
- Study the work orders received, understand the work required to be completed and execute them in accord with the workorder requirements
- Apply for and obtain the type of work permit needed to carry out the maintenance job
- Execute plant maintenance activities on process equipment and systems.
- Execute process equipment and system troubleshooting and rectification.
- Assists in the testing and commissioning of new and/or modified process equipment and systems
- Assists in turnaround maintenance work.
- Apply risk control measures to ensure work activities are carried out safely.
- Apply safety procedures to ensure work activities are performed safely. Compiles with EHS systems.
- Participates in toolbox meetings prior to starting work activities.
- Performs good housekeeping in the workplace.
- Documents work are performed in test forms and condition reports.
- Follows Standard Operating Procedures for maintenance work.
- Strictly follows established environmental, health, safety and quality policies and procedures in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude.
- Undertakes accountabilities in the operational excellence process as set out in the schedule of responsibilities.
- Contributes to the processes of continuous improvement for the area assigned.
- Performs any other relevant task as directed by Supervisor Analyzers.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
