تعلن شركة Chevron Phillips Chemical Company عبر مشروعها المشترك في الجبيل عن وظيفة فني كهربائي (Technician - Electrical) لتنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة الروتينية والتصحيحية واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاح المعدات والأنظمة الكهربائية لضمان توفرها وموثوقيتها في عمليات المصنع، والعمل تحت الإشراف ووفق إجراءات التشغيل القياسية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • أن يكون قدوة في السلامة ويؤمن بإمكانية العمل بأمان أو عدم العمل مطلقًا، ويتبنى مبادئ التشغيل كأساس للعمل واتخاذ القرارات.
  • فهم وتعزيز مفهوم السلامة الاستباقية وتحمل المسؤولية الشخصية للبحث عن السلوكيات والظروف "عالية الخطورة" للإسهام إيجابًا في تحقيق الهدف العام المتمثل في عدم وقوع أي حوادث.
  • قراءة المخططات والرسومات التخطيطية لتحديد إجراءات العمل.
  • دراسة أوامر العمل المستلمة، وفهم العمل المطلوب إنجازه، وتنفيذه وفقًا لمتطلبات أمر العمل.
  • التقدم بطلب للحصول على نوع تصريح العمل اللازم لتنفيذ مهمة الصيانة والحصول عليه.
  • تنفيذ صيانة المصنع على المعدات والأنظمة التشغيلية.
  • تنفيذ استكشاف الأعطال وإصلاح المعدات والأنظمة التشغيلية.
  • المساعدة في اختبار وتشغيل المعدات والأنظمة التشغيلية الجديدة أو المعدلة.
  • المساعدة في أعمال الصيانة أثناء فترة التوقف المجدول (Turnaround).
  • تطبيق إجراءات التحكم في المخاطر لضمان تنفيذ أنشطة العمل بأمان، والامتثال لأنظمة البيئة والصحة والسلامة (EHS).
  • المشاركة في اجتماعات الأدوات (Toolbox meetings) قبل بدء أنشطة العمل.
  • الحفاظ على النظافة العامة في مكان العمل.
  • توثيق العمل المنجز في نماذج الاختبار وتقارير الحالة.
  • اتباع إجراءات التشغيل القياسية لأعمال الصيانة.
  • الالتزام الصارم بالسياسات والإجراءات البيئية والصحية والسلامة والجودة المعمول بها لضمان سلامة الموظفين والامتثال التشريعي وتقديم منتجات/خدمات عالية الجودة وموقف بيئي مسؤول.
  • تحمل المسؤوليات في عملية التميز التشغيلي وفقًا لجدول المسؤوليات.
  • المساهمة في عمليات التحسين المستمر للمنطقة المكلف بها.
  • أداء أي مهمة أخرى ذات صلة حسب توجيهات مشرف الكهرباء.

Description

Saudi Industrial Investment Group (SIIG) with Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC, through a wholly owned affiliate Arabian Chevron Phillips Petrochemical Company (ACP), has two 50/50 joint venture projects in the Eastern Province Industrial City of Al-Jubail: Saudi Chevron Phillips Company (SCP) and Jubail Chevron Phillips Company (JCP). A third joint venture, Saudi Polymers Company (SPCo), is jointly owned by ACP and National Petrochemical Company (Petrochem).

Purpose/Introduction

Execute the routine repair corrective maintenance activities basic troubleshooting and rectification of Electrical process equipment and systems to maintain their availability and reliability for plant operations. Works under supervision and in compliance with maintenance Standard Operating Procedures..

Responsibilities

Performs the process and activities, may include but not limited to:

  • Must be a role model for safety and believe we can "Work safely or not at all” and embrace the Tenets of Operation as a basis for action and decision making.
  • Understands and promotes the concept of proactive safety and takes personal responsibility to seek out “at risk” behaviors and conditions to positively contribute to the overall goal of zero incidents.
  • Reads diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
  • Studies the work orders received, understand the work required to be completed and execute them in accord with the work order requirements
  • Applies for and obtain the type of work permit needed to carry out the maintenance job
  • Executes plant maintenance on process equipment and systems.
  • Executes process equipment and system troubleshooting and rectification.
  • Assists in the testing and commissioning of new and/or modified process equipment and systems
  • Assists in turnaround maintenance work.
  • Applies risk control measures to ensure work activities are carried out safely. Applies safety procedures to ensure work activities are performed safely. Compiles with EHS systems.
  • Participates in toolbox meetings prior to starting work activities.
  • Performs good housekeeping in the workplace.
  • Document’s work performed in test forms and condition reports.
  • Follows Standard Operating Procedures for maintenance work.
  • Strictly follows established environmental, health, safety and quality policies and procedures in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude.
  • Undertakes accountabilities in the operational excellence process as set out in the schedule of responsibilities.
  • Contributes to the processes of continuous improvement for the area assigned.
  • Performs any other relevant task as directed by Supervisor Electrical.
