شركة Chevron Phillips Chemical Company، بالتعاون مع مجموعة سابك للاستثمار الصناعي (SIIG)، تبحث عن مشرف لموثوقية المعدات الثابتة (Superintendent - Fixed Equipment Reliability) للعمل في الجبيل، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على مبادرات السلامة الميكانيكية للمعدات الثابتة ودفع التحسينات والإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • دعم مشاريع رأس المال والصيانة في تصميم المعدات الثابتة وبنائها واستبدالها.
  • المساهمة في عملية التخطيط للدورات التشغيلية (Turnaround) وضمان تنفيذ جميع الفحوصات والاختبارات القانونية وفقًا للجدول الزمني.
  • تقديم المشورة والدعم الفني لقضايا السلامة الميكانيكية للمعدات الثابتة.
  • المشاركة في فرق التوجيه المؤسسي للسلامة الميكانيكية لوضع المبادرات.
  • الإشراف على تحليل أسباب الأعطال الجذرية (Root Cause Failure Analysis) وإعداد تقارير التحليل وتوصيات الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • الإشراف على عملية إدارة التغيير (Management of Change) المتعلقة بالمعدات الثابتة لضمان معالجة اعتبارات السلامة الميكانيكية بشكل صحيح.
  • الإشراف على إعداد الحسابات لتحديد العمر المتبقي للمعدات الثابتة.
  • العمل كخبير أساسي في المجال (SME) للأحداث المخططة وغير المخططة المتعلقة بسلامة المعدات الثابتة.
  • الحصول على التمويل لأنشطة الفريق وإدارة الميزانية المخصصة.
  • المسؤولية عن التوجيه العام والتنسيق وتقييم الفريق المُدار.
  • القيادة وفقًا لسياسات الشركة والقوانين السارية، بما في ذلك المقابلات والتوظيف والتدريب وتخطيط العمل وتقييم الأداء والتعامل مع الشكاوى.
  • الالتزام الصارم بسياسات الجودة والسلامة والبيئة والصحة المهنية لضمان سلامة الموظفين والامتثال القانوني.
  • تعزيز ثقافة السلامة عبر المؤسسة.
  • تقديم القيادة في مجال البيئة والصحة والسلامة لتحقيق هدف الصفر في الحوادث والحوادث البيئية والسلامة التشغيلية.
  • تطوير وتنفيذ متطلبات التميز التشغيلي (OE) في المنطقة المسؤول عنها، وتدريب الموظفين لضمان الامتثال والتحسين المستمر.
  • المساهمة في عمليات التحسين المستمر للمنطقة المُدارة والمؤسسة بشكل عام.
  • أداء أي مهام أخرى ذات صلة يوجهها مدير هندسة الموثوقية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • القدرة على قراءة وتحليل وتفسير الدوريات التجارية العامة والمجلات المهنية والإجراءات الفنية واللوائح الحكومية.
  • القدرة على كتابة التقارير والمراسلات التجارية وأدلة الإجراءات.
  • القدرة على تقديم المعلومات بفعالية والرد على أسئلة مجموعات المديرين والعملاء والجمهور.

Saudi Industrial Investment Group (SIIG) with Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC, through a wholly owned affiliate Arabian Chevron Phillips Petrochemical Company (ACP), has two 50/50 joint venture projects in the Eastern Province Industrial City of Al-Jubail: Saudi Chevron Phillips Company (SCP) and Jubail Chevron Phillips Company (JCP). A third joint venture, Saudi Polymers Company (SPCo), is jointly owned by ACP and National Petrochemical Company (Petrochem).

Purpose/Introduction

Oversees the Fixed Equipment Reliability Engineering group to ensure and underwrite the Mechanical Integrity of all fixed equipment at assigned area, minimize equipment failure and optimize equipment lifetime.

Responsibilities

Performs the activities, may include but not limited to:

  • Oversees fixed equipment mechanical integrity initiatives. Oversees mechanical integrity of fixed equipment to drive improvements and corrective actions.
  • Oversees and supports Capital Projects and Maintenance on fixed equipment design, construction, and replacement.
  • Contributes to the turnaround planning process and ensures that all statutory inspections and tests are carried out according to the turnaround schedule. Oversees that any planned or unplanned maintenance or remedial action takes place on time according to the turnaround schedule.
  • Provides advice, counsel and technical support for fixed equipment mechanical integrity issues.
  • Participates within corporate mechanical integrity steering teams to establish initiatives.
  • Oversees Root Cause Failure Analysis, preparation of failure analysis reports and recommendations of corrective actions.
  • Oversees Management of Change process relating to fixed equipment to ensure mechanical integrity considerations are properly addressed.
  • Oversees preparation of calculations to determine remaining life of fixed equipment.
  • Serves as primary SME for day to day planned and unplanned related fixed equipment integrity events.
  • Acquires funds for the end-to-end team’s activities and manages assigned budget.
  • Accountable for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the managed team.
  • Carries out leadership responsibilities following the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; managing organizational structure.
  • Strictly follows established environmental, health, safety and quality policies and procedures to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude.
  • Advocates safety culture across the organization.
  • Provides environmental, health, and safety leadership in maintaining a goal of zero incidents, process safety and environmental events within area of responsibility.
  • Develops and implements operational excellence (OE) requirements within the assigned area, coaching staff in expectations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Undertakes accountabilities in the operational excellence process as set out in the schedule of responsibilities.
  • Contributes to the processes of continuous improvement for the area managed and the organization more widely.
  • Performs any other relevant task as directed by Manager Reliability Engineering.

Required Qualifications

  • Academic Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in related field.

Skills/Performance Indicators

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
