نبذة عن الوظيفة
تقديم الدعم الفني لتحسين القدرة التشغيلية للعمليات، الكفاءة، الإنتاجية والجودة، مع الالتزام بمتطلبات نظام الصحة والسلامة البيئية وإدارة سلامة العمليات (PSM)، وضمان استيفاء متطلبات حماية المصنع. تقديم الدعم الهندسي اليومي للعمليات والأقسام الأخرى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تحليل بيانات المصنع الفورية وبيانات الموردين، وجمع وتفسير بيانات أداء المصنع.
- تقديم الدعم الفني لتحسين القدرة التشغيلية، الكفاءة، الإنتاجية والجودة، والمساعدة في مراقبة الوحدات وتحسينها، ومراجعة المعايير التشغيلية الحرجة وتحليلات الأداء الدورية.
- المساعدة في تقييم اقتصاديات المصنع والتحقق من صحة نماذج العمليات، وتقديم حلول فعالة من حيث التكلفة لتعظيم توفر المصنع.
- المساعدة في تخطيط الإغلاقات، خاصة توقع نهاية عمر المحفزات وغيرها.
- اتباع ومراجعة إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) وأساليب العمل لمناطق/عمليات إنتاج محددة.
- المشاركة في تحقيقات الحوادث، إجراءات إدارة التغيير (MOCs)، دراسات تحليل المخاطر (HAZOPs)، مراجعة سلامة ما قبل التشغيل (PSSR)، وتحليل سلامة الوظيفة (JSA) حسب الحاجة.
- دعم المشاريع أثناء تشغيل المصنع وأنشطة الصيانة الدورية بتوجيه من مهندس العمليات الأول.
- دعم أنشطة استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها الناتجة عن تغييرات في العمليات أو مشاريع إنتاج جديدة بتوجيه من مهندس العمليات الأول.
- تنظيم وتنفيذ والحفاظ على تدفق العملية الإنتاجية وتقديم الدعم لمشاريع المرحلة الأولى/الثانية.
- الالتزام الصارم بسياسات وإجراءات البيئة والصحة والسلامة والجودة لضمان سلامة الموظفين والامتثال القانوني وتقديم منتجات/خدمات عالية الجودة والموقف البيئي المسؤول.
- تحمل المسؤوليات في عملية التميز التشغيلي وفقًا لجدول المسؤوليات المحدد.
- المساهمة في عمليات التحسين المستمر للمنطقة المخصصة.
- أداء أي مهام أخرى ذات صلة حسب توجيهات مدير هندسة العمليات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الحد الأدنى من المؤهلات الأكاديمية: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكيميائية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في هندسة العمليات، ويفضل أن تكون في الصناعة البتروكيماوية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على قراءة وتحليل وتفسير الدوريات التجارية العامة والمجلات المهنية والإجراءات الفنية واللوائح الحكومية.
- القدرة على كتابة التقارير ومراسلات الأعمال وأدلة الإجراءات.

Saudi Industrial Investment Group (SIIG) with Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC, through a wholly owned affiliate Arabian Chevron Phillips Petrochemical Company (ACP), has two 50/50 joint venture projects in the Eastern Province Industrial City of Al-Jubail: Saudi Chevron Phillips Company (SCP) and Jubail Chevron Phillips Company (JCP). A third joint venture, Saudi Polymers Company (SPCo), is jointly owned by ACP and National Petrochemical Company (Petrochem).
Purpose/Introduction
Provides technical support to optimize process capability, efficiency, yield and quality, in compliance with the organization’s EHS and Process Safety Management (PSM) system requirements and ensure that plant safeguarding requirements are met. Provides daily process engineering support to Operation and other departments.
Responsibilities
Performs the activities, may include but not limited to:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Responsibilities
Performs the activities, may include but not limited to:
- Supports analyses of real-time plant data and vendor data. Responsible for collecting and interpreting plant performance data.
- Provides technical support to improve process capability, efficiency, yield and quality. Assists with unit monitoring and optimization. Reviews critical operating parameters and assists with periodic performance analyses when required.
- Assists in evaluating plant economics and validation of process models. Recommends cost effective solutions to maximize plant availability.
- Assists in shutdown planning, particularly with predicting end-of-run on catalyst, etc.
- Follows and reviews Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work methods for specific production areas and/or processes.
- Participates in incident investigation, Management Of Change proceedings (MOCs), HAZOPs, PSSR and JSA as required.
- With guidance from Senior Process Engineer, supports projects during plant commissioning and turnaround activities.
- With guidance from Senior Process Engineer, supports troubleshooting activities arising from changes in process operations or new production plant projects.
- Organizes, implements and maintains production process flow and provides support for Phase I/Phase II projects.
- Strictly follows established environmental, health, safety and quality policies and procedures in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude.
- Undertakes accountabilities in the operational excellence process as set out in the schedule of responsibilities.
- Contributes to the processes of continuous improvement for the area assigned.
- Performs any other relevant task as directed by Superintendent Process Engineering.
- Academic background includes a minimum of bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
- +3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the petrochemical industry.
