تقدم شركة فيزا، الرائدة عالمياً في تكنولوجيا المدفوعات، فرصة تدريب تعاوني (COOP) للطلاب السعوديين في منطقة الرياض، تزامناً مع رؤية المملكة 2030. يهدف البرنامج إلى دمج التعلم الأكاديمي مع الخبرة العملية، ويتوفر في أربعة أقسام: الاستشارات والتحليلات، تطوير الأعمال، التسويق، والمالية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- البرنامج مخصص للفصل الدراسي الثاني من التدريب التعاوني، ويبدأ في يناير 2027، ويتطلب دواماً كاملاً مع حضور مكتبي لمدة 3 أيام على الأقل في الأسبوع (يتم تحديدها لاحقاً من قبل مدير التوظيف).
- قسم الاستشارات والتحليلات (VCA): الذراع الاستشارية لفيزا في مجال المدفوعات، تقدم خدمات استراتيجية وتحليلية في المنتجات وإدارة المحافظ والمخاطر والرقمنة، كما تضم فريقاً مختصاً في علوم البيانات وتحليلات متقدمة وتعلم آلي.
- قسم تطوير الأعمال (BD): يقود استراتيجية الدولة وأهدافها عبر تحديد الفرص وتحليل البيانات وذكاء السوق لدعم نمو فيزا وعملائها.
- قسم التسويق: يركز على تعزيز الوعي والتفضيل والتحويل في قطاعي B2B وB2C، مع بناء العلامة التجارية عبر الابتكار ونقاط الإثبات الملموسة.
- قسم المالية: يوفر خبرة عملية في بيئة مدفوعات عالمية سريعة، مع المشاركة في مشاريع تشمل الصفقات والتسعير والتخطيط المالي والمحاسبة وتحليل البيانات المالية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- التفرغ الكامل للتدريب التعاوني الذي يبدأ في يناير 2027 (الفصل الدراسي الثاني فقط).
- طالب حالياً في برنامج بكالوريوس مع تخرج متوقع في 2027، ويكون متاحاً لوظيفة بدوام كامل في سبتمبر 2027.
- سعودي الجنسية.
- سجل أكاديمي ممتاز.
- التخصصات المطلوبة: الاقتصاد / الاقتصاد المالي، التسويق، إدارة الأعمال، المالية، تقنية المعلومات / نظم المعلومات، والهندسة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- الإلمام الجيد بأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي الحديثة والفضول المعرفي تجاهها.
- إتقان قوي لبرامج MS Excel وWord وPowerPoint.

Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA)
VCA is the payments consulting arm of Visa, focused on serving Visa’s clients and partners. We offer consulting and analytics services across different areas of interest to our clients including strategy, product, portfolio management, risk, digital and more.
Within VCA, we have a dedicated Data Science team who are passionate about statistics, advanced analytics and machine learning with best-in-class access to insights from VisaNet, one of the largest payment networks in the world.
Business Development (BD)
The business development team drives the country strategy and its objectives by identifying, leading, and driving, through analytics, data and market intelligence, on opportunities to drive business growth for Visa and its clients. As a BD COOP Trainee, you will provide support to the team, assisting with client requests with the purpose to grow Visa share of business.
Marketing
The team focuses on driving awareness, preference and conversion across B2B and B2C. They build the brand, with a client centric approach, by reinforcing emotional affinity via innovation and tangible proof points. This is an opportunity to use your creativity, express ideas, and make a real contribution to the organization and its mission.
Finance
As a Finance intern, you will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced global payments environment while contributing to meaningful business projects from day one. You may support teams across deals, pricing, financial planning, controllership, help analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights that support business decisions. Your work could include assisting analysis of balance sheet and cash flow drivers, building stress-testing scenarios, reviewing financial results and variances, and helping ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

- Must be available for a full-time COOP starting in January 2027 (2nd semester COOP only)
- Current student working towards a Bachelors degree, with a graduation date of 2027. Must be available for a full-time graduate role in September 2027
- Must be well-versed and curious on the latest AI tools
- Economics / Financial Economics, Marketing, Business, Finance, IT/MIS, and Engineering disciplines welcome to apply
- Excellent academic record
- Saudi National
- Strong in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
