تسعى شركة WSP in the Middle East إلى تعيين مهندس إنشائي أول (Senior Structural Engineer) للعمل في مدينة جدة، السعودية، ضمن فريق مشروع رئيسي.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراجعة التصاميم الإنشائية والرسومات والحسابات والتحقق من مطابقتها لمواصفات المشروع والمعايير الدولية.
  • التنسيق مع استشاريي التصميم والمقاولين وممثلي العميل لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
  • مراقبة أنشطة التشييد لضمان الالتزام بالرسومات المعتمدة ومعايير الجودة.
  • تقديم الدعم الفني وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالإنشاءات في الموقع.
  • إجراء عمليات التفتيش وضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات السلامة والجودة.
  • إعداد التقارير الفنية وتحديثات التقدم والمستندات حسب الحاجة.
  • المشاركة في اجتماعات مع أصحاب المصلحة وتقديم خبرات إنشائية متخصصة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية/الإنشائية (يفضل الماجستير).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 12-15 سنة في الهندسة الإنشائية.
  • خبرة إلزامية في العمل مع استشاريي الهندسة (PMC / استشارات التصميم).
  • خبرة في مشاريع البنية التحتية/المباني واسعة النطاق.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة قوية بالمعايير والكودات الدولية (ACI, BS, Eurocodes وغيرها).
  • إتقان استخدام برامج التحليل الإنشائي والتصميم.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنسيق.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Jeddah for a major project. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with engineering consultancy firms and a solid background in design review, coordination, and site supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Review and validate structural designs, drawings, and calculations in compliance with project specifications and international standards
  • Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and client representatives to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to approved drawings and quality standards
  • Provide technical support and resolve structural-related issues on site
  • Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements
  • Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation as required
  • Participate in meetings with stakeholders and provide expert structural input


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in structural engineering
  • Mandatory experience working with engineering consultants (PMC/Design Consultancy)
  • Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (ACI, BS, Eurocodes, etc.)
  • Experience in large-scale infrastructure/building projects
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
