WSP في الشرق الأوسط، شركة استشارية رائدة في قطاع البناء ومتخصصة في الإشراف الموقعي لمشاريع الطرق والأنفاق والطرق السريعة والجسور، تبحث عن Senior Cost Control Engineer للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على جميع جوانب إدارة تكاليف المشاريع، بما في ذلك تقدير الميزانيات والتنبؤ بالتكاليف وتتبع المصروفات.
  • تطوير ميزانيات شاملة للمشاريع بناءً على تحليل دقيق وفهم لنطاق المشروع ومواصفاته ومتطلباته.
  • تنفيذ آليات قوية للتحكم في التكاليف لمراقبة مصروفات المشروع، وتحديد الانحرافات، واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية اللازمة.
  • إعداد تقارير مالية دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب، وتحليلات التكاليف، وتقارير الانحرافات لأصحاب المصلحة والإدارة.

  • تحديد المخاطر المحتملة والآثار المترتبة على التكاليف المرتبطة بأنشطة المشروع، وتطوير استراتيجيات التخفيف لتقليل الآثار المالية.
  • التواصل مع الجهات الداخلية والخارجية، بما في ذلك العملاء والمقاولين والجهات التنظيمية، لمعالجة القضايا المتعلقة بالتكلفة وضمان التوافق مع أهداف المشروع.
  • ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الجودة والسياسات والإجراءات ذات الصلة بأنشطة إدارة التكاليف والتحكم بها.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة البناء أو مجال ذي صلة. (يفضل درجة متقدمة أو شهادات مهنية مثل PMP أو CCE).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في التحكم في التكاليف وإدارة المشاريع، مع التركيز على مشاريع البنية التحتية (الطرق والجسور والطرق السريعة والأنفاق).
  • سجل حافل في إدارة التكاليف والتحكم بها بنجاح في مشاريع بنية تحتية واسعة النطاق، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في منطقة الشرق الأوسط.
  • خبرة واسعة في الإشراف الموقعي وإدارة البناء ضمن بيئة استشارية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة تقنية قوية بمنهجيات تقدير التكاليف وإعداد الميزانيات والتنبؤ والتحليل المالي.
  • إتقان استخدام أدوات إدارة المشاريع (مثل Primavera و Microsoft Project) وأنظمة التحكم في التكاليف (مثل SAP و Oracle).
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض والتعامل مع الآخرين، مع القدرة على التعاون بفعالية مع فرق متعددة التخصصات وأصحاب المصلحة.
  • عقلية تحليلية مع اهتمام شديد بالتفاصيل والقدرة على تحديد فرص توفير التكاليف وتحسين الكفاءة.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (مطلوبة)، وإجادة اللغة العربية (ميزة إضافية).

Job Description

WSP is a renowned consultancy in the construction industry, specializing in site supervision for road, tunnel, highway, and bridge projects. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Cost Control Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient cost management and control across various infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, highways, and tunnels. This position demands a deep understanding of project cost dynamics, coupled with extensive site supervision experience in a consulting capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Cost Management: Oversee all aspects of project cost management, including budget estimation, cost forecasting, and expenditure tracking.
  • Budgeting: Develop comprehensive project budgets based on detailed analysis and understanding of project scope, specifications, and requirements.
  • Cost Control: Implement robust cost control mechanisms to monitor project expenditures, identify variances, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, cost analysis, and variance reports for project stakeholders and management.
  • Contract Management: Collaborate with project teams to review contracts, change orders, and other contractual documents to ensure alignment with project cost objectives.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and cost implications associated with project activities, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize financial impacts.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to address cost-related issues and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, policies, and procedures related to cost management and control activities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost control processes, tools, and methodologies, based on industry best practices and lessons learned.
  • Mentorship and Guidance: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the cost control team, fostering their professional development and growth.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CCE) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in cost control and project management, with a focus on infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, highways, tunnels).
  • Proven track record of successful cost management and control on large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in the Middle East region.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis methodologies.
  • Extensive experience in site supervision and construction management within a consulting environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project) and cost control systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
  • Fluency in English is required, Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
