الاتصالات السعودية تعلن عن توفر وظيفة خبير أول في تصميم وتنفيذ الأمن السيبراني (Security Design & Implementation Senior Expert) في مدينة الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى شاغل الوظيفة مسؤولية قيادة تصميم وتنفيذ وتعزيز مستمر لحلول الأمن السيبراني عبر شبكات وأنظمة وتطبيقات وأجهزة الشركة (Specialized). يقدم الخبرة الفنية المتقدمة في هندسة الأمن والضوابط الوقائية والكشفية وقدرات مركز عمليات الأمن (SOC) وإدارة الثغرات الأمنية والاستجابة للحوادث لتعزيز مرونة وأمن البيئة التقنية. يؤدي مهامه وفقاً لسياسات وإجراءات العمل المقررة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تصميم وتعزيز أطر أمن الشبكات لحماية البنية التحتية والأصول التقنية والبيانات بما يتوافق مع استراتيجيات الأمن السيبراني والمتطلبات التنظيمية والمعايير الصناعية.
- دفع تطوير وتعزيز هندسة الشبكات والأمن السيبراني باستمرار لزيادة المرونة في مواجهة التهديدات السيبرانية المتطورة.
- تحديد وصيانة معايير أمنية على مستوى الأجهزة للبيئات الحرجة (Mission-Critical) والتجارية الحيوية (Business-Critical)، بما في ذلك ضوابط الوصول ومعايير التشفير وبروتوكولات المصادقة.
- قيادة تصميم وتنفيذ وتحسين قدرات مركز عمليات الأمن (SOC) للبيئات الحرجة لتعزيز الكشف الاستباقي عن التهديدات والاستجابة للحوادث والتخفيف من آثارها.
- الإشراف على التنسيق الفني مع الجهات الموردة فيما يتعلق بنشر SOC وحلول الأمن السيبراني وترقيات الأنظمة، مع ضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التقنية والأمنية للشركة.
- تقييم وتعزيز حلول الأمن الوقائية والكشفية، بما في ذلك جدران الحماية وأنظمة كشف/منع الاختراق (IDS/IPS) وحماية نقاط النهاية وغيرها من تقنيات الأمن لزيادة الحماية من التهديدات المتطورة.
- قيادة دمج وتحسين تقنيات الكشف المتقدمة عن التهديدات، بما في ذلك SIEM وEDR وIDS/IPS، لتعزيز المراقبة والقدرة على الاستجابة في الوقت الفعلي.
- قيادة أنشطة تقييم الثغرات الأمنية عبر أنظمة وشبكات وتطبيقات الشركة، وتحديد أولويات نقاط الضعف المكتشفة، والتنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة المعنيين لإجراءات المعالجة.
- تعزيز منهجيات اختبار الاختراق وإدارة الثغرات الأمنية بناءً على التهديدات الناشئة والثغرات المكتشفة والممارسات المتطورة في الأمن السيبراني.
- تطوير وتحسين أدلة الاستجابة للحوادث وبروتوكولات الاتصال لضمان فعالية الاستجابة والتصعيد لحوادث الأمن السيبراني، بما في ذلك الاختراقات المتعلقة بالبيئات الحرجة.
- تقديم التوصيات الفنية والرؤى الأمنية لأصحاب المصلحة المعنيين حول مخاطر الأمن السيبراني وتحسينات البنية التحتية والتعزيزات الأمنية المطلوبة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات.
- التخصص المفضل: أمن الشبكات، تقنية المعلومات، أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى طلاقة.

Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for driving the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of cybersecurity solutions across Specialized’s networks, systems, applications, and devices. The role provides advanced technical expertise in security architecture, preventive and detective controls, SOC capabilities, vulnerability management, and incident response to strengthen the resilience and security of Specialized’s technology environment. The role holder shall carry out their duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

The role holder is responsible for driving the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of cybersecurity solutions across Specialized’s networks, systems, applications, and devices. The role provides advanced technical expertise in security architecture, preventive and detective controls, SOC capabilities, vulnerability management, and incident response to strengthen the resilience and security of Specialized’s technology environment. The role holder shall carry out their duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.
Key Functional Accountability
- Lead the design and enhancement of network security frameworks to protect Specialized’s infrastructure, technology assets, and data in alignment with cybersecurity strategies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Drive the development and continuous enhancement of Specialized’s network and cybersecurity architecture to strengthen resilience against evolving cybersecurity threats.
- Define and maintain device-level security standards for Mission-Critical and Business-Critical environments, including access controls, encryption standards, and authentication protocols.
- Drive the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of Mission-Critical Security Operations Center (SOC) capabilities to strengthen proactive threat detection, incident response, and mitigation.
- Oversee technical coordination with vendors on SOC deployment, cybersecurity solutions, and system upgrades, ensuring compliance with Specialized’s technical and security requirements.
- Evaluate and enhance preventive and detective security solutions, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and other security technologies to strengthen protection against evolving threats.
- Lead the integration and optimization of advanced threat detection technologies, including SIEM, EDR, and IDS/IPS, to enhance real-time monitoring and response capabilities.
- Lead vulnerability assessment activities across Specialized’s systems, networks, and applications, prioritize identified weaknesses, and coordinate remediation activities with relevant stakeholders.
- Enhance penetration testing and vulnerability management methodologies based on emerging threats, identified vulnerabilities, and evolving cybersecurity practices.
- Develop and continuously enhance incident response playbooks and communication protocols to ensure effective response and escalation of cybersecurity incidents, including Mission-Critical-related breaches.
- Provide technical recommendations and security insights to relevant stakeholders on cybersecurity risks, architecture improvements, and required security enhancements
