شركة صافولا تعلن عن وظيفة أخصائي تحليلات أداء الأعمال (سلسلة التوريد) في مكة وجدة، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وبدء البنية التحتية لتدفق البيانات لوظائف سلسلة التوريد، مع مراعاة ترقيات الأنظمة والأنظمة الجديدة قيد التطوير.
- تصميم ونشر تقارير سلسلة التوريد المركزية، بحيث يتم إنشاء جميع التقارير المطلوبة وتوزيعها عبر وظيفة تحليلات سلسلة التوريد.
- ترتيب أولويات تقارير سلسلة التوريد المطلوبة وبطاقات الأداء ولوحات المعلومات، ومواءمة خطة التطوير المناسبة مع الوظائف الطالبة.
- تصميم وتطوير وصيانة جميع التقارير ولوحات المعلومات المطلوبة لقسم سلسلة التوريد، لتسهيل الأنشطة اليومية والتكامل بين الأقسام.
- قيادة تحويل التقارير التشغيلية والتحليلية لسلسلة التوريد الناتجة عن ترقيات الأنظمة ونشر الأنظمة الجديدة والتطبيقات الصغيرة (مثل RMFCS وBI وRELEX وCKB وFUSION وSIH وADW وDB وغيرها).
- التعاون مع فريق تقنية المعلومات لضمان توفر البيانات وسلامتها أثناء مرحلة انتقال ترقية الأنظمة وتنفيذ الأنظمة الجديدة.
- ترحيل وإعادة ربط جميع تقارير سلسلة التوريد عند تغيير مخازن بيانات الشركة، بما يتجنب أي تأثير سلبي على العمل اليومي لوظائف سلسلة التوريد.
- التحقق من توثيق جميع التقارير وبطاقات الأداء ولوحات المعلومات المطورة من الجانبين الفني والتجاري.
- تتبع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لوظائف سلسلة التوريد وتوزيع التقارير ولوحات المعلومات ذات الصلة على الأفراد والوظائف المعنية.
- تحليل البيانات لتحديد المجالات الإشكالية و/أو الفرص، وإبلاغ النتائج لأصحاب المصلحة المعنيين.
- تتبع التقدم المحرز في المجالات الإشكالية و/أو الفرص المبلغ عنها، وضمان الرؤية عبر الوظائف/الأقسام ذات الصلة.
- ضمان دقة البيانات وصلاحيتها والرؤية عبر جميع وظائف سلسلة التوريد والأقسام الأخرى ذات الصلة.
- بناء وتحليل التقارير اللازمة لبدء و/أو تشغيل أنشطة سلسلة التوريد المخصصة لخطط التحسين المستمر.
- تطوير وتحليل التقارير المخصصة المطلوبة من الإدارة العليا لسلسلة التوريد لدعم اتخاذ القرارات قصيرة وطويلة المدى.
- إعداد والتحقق ومشاركة جميع البيانات المطلوبة من قبل شركات الاستشارات المعينة لدعم مشاريع سلسلة التوريد.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الإحصاء أو علوم الحاسب أو نظم المعلومات أو أي مجال آخر ذي صلة مع خبرة ذات صلة.
- 1-3 سنوات من الخبرة العملية ذات الصلة.
المهارات المطلوبة

- اليقظة تجاه تغيرات البيانات ودقتها.
- مهارات استثنائية في التفكير النقدي وعقلية موجهة نحو العمليات.

Education
- Design and initiate the dataflow infrastructure for supply chain functions, taking into consideration systems upgrades and new systems that are under-development.
- Design and deploy centralized supply chain reporting, where all the supply chain required reports are generated and communicated by supply chain analytics function.
- Prioritize the requested supply chain reports, scorecards, and dashboards in addition to aligning the proper development plan with the requesting functions.
- Design, develop and maintain all the needed reports and dashboards of the supply chain department, which facilitate day-to-day activities as well as cross-functional integration with other departments.
- Lead transformation of supply chain operational and analytical reports resulting from systems upgrades as well as deploying new systems and micro apps. (e.g., RMFCS, BI, RELEX, CKB, FUSION, SIH, ADW, DB … etc.).
- Partner with IT team to ensure data availability and integrity during the transition state of systems upgrade as well as new systems implementation.
- Migrate and re-connect all supply chain reports whenever the company data warehouse is being changed in the way that avoids any negative impact of the day-to-day work of supply chain functions.
- Validate the documentation of all developed reports, scorecards, and dashboards from both technical and business aspects.
- Track KPIs of supply chain functions and circulate the related reports/dashboards to the concerned individuals/functions.
- Analyze data to identify problematic areas and/or opportunities and communicate results with the concerned stakeholders.
- Track progress of communicated problematic areas and/or opportunities and ensure visibility across related functions/departments
- Ensure data accuracy, validity, and visibility across all supply chain functions as well as other rerated departments.
- Build and analyze needed reporting to initiate and/or operate supply chain activities intended for continuous improvement plans.
- Develop and analyze ad-hoc reports, required by supply chain top management; to support short-term and long-term decision making.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, information system or other relevant field with related experience.
- 1-3 years of related business experience.
- High analytical skills.
- Details oriented and extreme accuracy is needed.
- Alertness to data changes and accuracy.
- Exceptional critical thinking skills and process-driven mentality.
- A strong IT background.
- Strong, demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Office, ERP, SQL, Power BI and Tableau.
- Language (English is a must with Arabic is a plus)
