يتولى Director of Spa & Wellness قيادة الرؤية والتجربة والتميز التشغيلي لـ Tierra Santa Healing House - The Red Sea. يصمم هذا الدور رحلات تحويلية تمزج بين الطقوس العلاجية القديمة والتقاليد الشامانية والمكونات الأصلية والممارسات النشطة وعلوم طول العمر المتطورة لرفع مستوى رفاهية الضيوف. بصفته حارسًا لروح Tierra Santa، يشكل المدير برامج العافية الشاملة، ويقود التميز في الخدمة، ويطور فريقًا عالمي المستوى، ويضمن أن كل تجربة ضيف تشعل التجدد والوعي والحيوية الروحية، مع ترسيخ Tierra Santa Healing House كوجهة عافية مميزة ضمن FAENA The Red Sea.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الترويج لفلسفة Tierra Santa Healing House وتحديد الرؤية الاستراتيجية للعافية وضمان التوافق مع معايير علامة Faena.
- قيادة وإلهام وتوجيه فريق متعدد التخصصات من المعالجين والممارسين الروحانيين والفنيين وأخصائيي العافية.
- تعزيز ثقافة الإبداع والأصالة والضيافة العاطفية والتجارب التحويلية للضيوف.
- الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للمنتجع الصحي والحمام والمناطق الرطبة وغرف العلاج ومساحات الاستشارات وبرامج العافية.
- الحفاظ على أعلى معايير النظافة والسلامة والأجواء وتقديم الخدمات القائمة على الطقوس.
- تنفيذ إجراءات التشغيل وبروتوكولات العلاج وطقوس الخدمة التي تعكس هوية Tierra Santa الشمولية والمستوحاة من أمريكا الجنوبية.
- إعداد قائمة علاجية عالمية المستوى تضم الحكمة الشامانية والشفاء بالطاقة والممارسات الجسدية والمكونات الأصلية والتقنيات المتقدمة.
- تصميم وتطوير رحلات عافية مخصصة وبرامج طول العمر وطقوس موسمية.
- مراقبة رضا الضيوف وقيادة التحسين المستمر ورفع نقاط الاتصال بالتجربة.
- تطوير وإدارة الميزانيات القسمية وتوقعات الإيرادات وضوابط التكاليف ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.
- تحقيق النجاح المالي من خلال تحسين العلاجات واستراتيجية البيع بالتجزئة ومبادرات العضوية وابتكار البرامج.
- تحليل اتجاهات الأعمال وإنشاء عروض جديدة لتعظيم الربحية والموقع التنافسي.
- توظيف وتدريب وتطوير ممارسي العافية والمنتجعات الصحية المتميزين.
- ضمان تقديم جميع أعضاء الفريق للتميز التقني والضيافة العاطفية بمستوى Faena.
- قيادة التدريب المستمر في أساليب العافية والطقوس والتفاعل مع الضيوف وسرد القصص الثقافية.
- التعاون مع الاستشاريين الطبيين وخبراء طول العمر وشركاء العلامات التجارية ومبتكري العافية لتطوير محفظة العافية.
- دمج الاختبارات التشخيصية والعلاجات الحديثة والشفاء البديل في رحلات ضيف متماسكة.
- البقاء على اطلاع على اتجاهات العافية وطول العمر العالمية للحفاظ على الريادة لـ Tierra Santa.
- ضمان الامتثال للمعايير التنظيمية وإرشادات الصحة والسلامة ومتطلبات علامة Faena.
- الحفاظ على جودة استثنائية عبر المنتجات والمعدات والموردين وتقنيات العافية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة قيادية عليا لا تقل عن 5-7 سنوات في عمليات العافية الفاخرة أو أسلوب الحياة عبر المنتجع الصحي أو اللياقة البدنية أو الترفيه داخل منتجع 5 نجوم أو علامة عافية مستقلة.
- سجل حافل في إدارة منشآت عافية متعددة المنافذ أو واسعة النطاق تشمل عمليات المنتجع الصحي وإدارة النادي الصحي.
- يفضل الحصول على درجة أو دبلوم في إدارة المنتجعات الصحية أو الضيافة أو الصحة والعافية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- فهم عميق لاتجاهات العافية واللياقة البدنية والمنتجعات الصحية مع شغف بتنظيم تجارب ضيوف مميزة.
- فطنة تجارية قوية مع قدرة مالية على تحقيق الإيرادات مع الحفاظ على معايير خدمة عالية.
- حضور قيادي قوي مع القدرة على إلهام الفرق والتعامل مع مخاوف الضيوف باحترافية وتمثيل القسم بثقة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ مهارات اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- درجة عالية من التكتم والسرية والذكاء العاطفي.
- يفضل التعدد اللغوي (مطلوب الإنجليزية، الإسبانية/الفرنسية/البرتغالية تعتبر ميزة إضافية).

Duties And Responsibilities
- Champion the Tierra Santa Healing House philosophy, setting the strategic wellness vision and ensuring alignment with Faena brand standards.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of therapists, healers, technicians, and wellness specialists.
- Foster a culture of creativity, authenticity, emotional hospitality, and transformative guest experiences.
- Oversee daily operations of the spa, hammam, wet areas, treatment rooms, consultation spaces, and wellness programs.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, ambience, and ritual-based service delivery.
- Implement operating procedures, treatment protocols, and service rituals that reflect Tierra Santa’s holistic and South American-inspired identity.
- Curate a world-class menu of therapies incorporating shamanic wisdom, energy healing, somatic practices, indigenous ingredients, and advanced technology.
- Design and evolve personalised wellness journeys, longevity programs, and seasonal rituals.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, lead continuous improvement, and elevate experience touchpoints.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets, revenue forecasts, cost controls, and performance KPIs.
- Drive financial success through treatment optimisation, retail strategy, membership initiatives, and programming innovation.
- Analyse business trends and create new offerings to maximise profitability and competitive positioning.
- Recruit, train, and develop exceptional spa, wellness, and holistic practitioners.
- Ensure all team members deliver both technical excellence and Faena-level emotional hospitality.
- Lead ongoing training in wellness modalities, rituals, guest engagement, and cultural storytelling.
- Collaborate with medical consultants, longevity experts, brand partners, and wellness innovators to evolve the wellness portfolio.
- Integrate diagnostic testing, modern therapies, and alternative healing into cohesive guest journeys.
- Stay ahead of global wellness and longevity trends to maintain Tierra Santa’s leadership position.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, health and safety guidelines, and Faena brand requirements.
- Maintain exceptional quality across products, equipment, suppliers, and wellness technologies.
- Minimum 5-7 years of senior leadership experience in luxury or lifestyle wellness operations across spa, fitness, or recreation within a 5-star resort or standalone wellness brand.
- Proven track record in managing multi-outlet or large-scale wellness facilities including spa operations and health club management.
- Degree or diploma in Spa Management, Hospitality, Health & Wellness, or related field preferred.
- Deep understanding of wellness, fitness, and spa trends with a passion for curating distinctive guest experiences.
- Commercially savvy, with strong financial acumen and ability to drive revenue while maintaining elevated service standards.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire teams, handle guest concerns with professionalism, and represent the department confidently.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- High degree of discretion, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.
- Multilingual skills preferred (English required, Spanish/French/Portuguese a plus).
