Job Overview

The Technician, E&M (Control) is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing control panels, sensors, and automation systems. The role ensures smooth integration and reliable operation of control systems to support uninterrupted telecom and operational services. The technician also ensures compliance with safety standards and supports preventive maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test control panels, sensors, PLCs, and automation equipment.
• Diagnose faults and perform troubleshooting of control systems to minimize operational downtime.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of control and automation systems.
• Monitor system performance and carry out routine inspections to ensure operational efficiency.
• Support integration of control systems with existing operational infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and technical guidelines.
• Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams for issue resolution and system improvements.
• Assist in implementing automation solutions and energy-efficient operational practices.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in:
• Electrical Engineering Technology
• Control & Automation Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering Technology
