نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيتم تعيين كبير المفتشين من قبل المسؤول التنفيذي المعني (Accountable Executive) ويكون مسؤولاً أمامه (بشكل مستقل عن مدير الصيانة)، ويشرف على برنامج التفتيش المطلوب، ويحافظ على قائمة عناصر التفتيش المطلوبة (RII)، ويضع معايير التفتيش، ويشرف على كادر المفتشين وضمان جودة الصيانة، ويضمن استقلالية التفتيش ونزاهة تقييمات صلاحية الطيران، ويدقق أنشطة الصيانة والسجلات ويدفع بالإجراءات التصحيحية، ويتواصل مع هيئة الطيران المدني السعودي (GACA) في شؤون التفتيش والجودة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة برنامج التفتيش المطلوب والحفاظ على قائمة عناصر التفتيش المطلوبة (RII).
- وضع معايير التفتيش والإشراف على كادر المفتشين وضمان جودة الصيانة.
- ضمان استقلالية التفتيش ونزاهة تقييمات صلاحية الطيران.
- تدقيق أنشطة الصيانة والسجلات ودفع الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- التواصل مع هيئة الطيران المدني السعودي (GACA) في شؤون التفتيش والجودة.
الشروط والمتطلبات الإلزامية
- حمل شهادة ميكانيكي (Mechanic Certificate) مع تقييمات هيكل الطائرة ومحركها (A&P) لمدة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات (وفقاً لـ GACAR 121.49(d)(1)).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في صيانة أنواع مختلفة من الطائرات الكبيرة (10 مقاعد فأكثر)، تتضمن سنة واحدة كمفتش صيانة (وفقاً لـ GACAR 121.49(d)(2)).
- خبرة إشرافية لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في صيانة نفس فئة ونوع الطائرات (وفقاً لـ GACAR 121.49(d)(3)).
- فهم كامل لأنظمة هيئة الطيران المدني السعودي (GACAR) ومواصفات التشغيل ومتطلبات صلاحية الطيران ودليل التشغيل؛ ويجب أن يكون المرشح مقبولاً من هيئة الطيران المدني (GACA) (وفقاً لـ GACAR 121.45(e), (g)).

We are seeking a Chief Inspector for our Saudi Arabia AOC (General Authority of Civil Aviation), based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Chief Inspector is appointed by, and reports to, the Accountable Executive (independent of the Director of Maintenance), and is responsible for:
This is a required management position under GACAR Part 121.45. The post is full-time and the successful candidate must be acceptable to GACA (the President) based on experience, competence and knowledge, with a full understanding of the GACAR, the operations specifications, applicable airworthiness requirements and the operations manual (GACAR 121.45(e), (g)).
Mandatory

The Chief Inspector is appointed by, and reports to, the Accountable Executive (independent of the Director of Maintenance), and is responsible for:
- Administer the required inspection programme and maintain the Required Inspection Items (RII) list
- Set inspection standards and oversee the inspector cadre and maintenance quality assurance
- Ensure inspection independence and integrity of airworthiness determinations
- Audit maintenance activities and records and drive corrective action
- Interface with GACA on inspection and quality matters
This is a required management position under GACAR Part 121.45. The post is full-time and the successful candidate must be acceptable to GACA (the President) based on experience, competence and knowledge, with a full understanding of the GACAR, the operations specifications, applicable airworthiness requirements and the operations manual (GACAR 121.45(e), (g)).
Mandatory
- Hold a mechanic certificate with both airframe and powerplant (A&P) ratings, held for at least 3 years (GACAR 121.49(d)(1))
- At least 3 years' maintenance experience on different types of large aircraft (10+ seats), including 1 year as a maintenance inspector (GACAR 121.49(d)(2))
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience maintaining the same category and class of aircraft (GACAR 121.49(d)(3))
- Full understanding of the GACAR, the operations specifications, applicable airworthiness requirements and the operations manual; must be acceptable to GACA (GACAR 121.45(e), (g))
- Airbus type experience
- Strong quality-systems and required-inspection background
- Fluent English; Arabic advantageous
