تعلن بوبا العربية عن توفر وظيفة استشاري جراحة عامة (دوام جزئي) في العيادة الفيزيائية (ICC) بجدة، لتقديم رعاية جراحية متخصصة للمرضى ضمن نطاق محدد.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم رعاية جراحية عامة شاملة خلال الجلسات السريرية المقررة في العيادة، بما يشمل التقييم والتشخيص ووضع الخطط العلاجية ومتابعة الحالات الحادة والمزمنة.
- إجراء التقييمات السريرية الكاملة بما في ذلك أخذ التاريخ المرضي والفحص السريري ومراجعة نتائج المختبر والتصوير أثناء كل زيارة.
- وضع وتنفيذ خطط علاجية فردية قائمة على الأدلة، تشمل الإدارة غير الجراحية والتحضير قبل الجراحة والإحالات عند الحاجة.
- إدارة الحالات الجراحية العامة الشائعة مثل الفتق وأمراض المرارة وآفات الجلد والأنسجة الرخوة وأورام الثدي والحالات الشرجية، مع ضمان استمرارية الرعاية بين الجلسات.
- التعاون مع الفرق السريرية والإدارية المتفرغة لضمان استمرارية الرعاية وتطبيق مبادئ صحة السكان والرعاية القائمة على القيمة.
- الحفاظ على توثيق إكلينيكي دقيق وفي الوقت المناسب في السجل الصحي الإلكتروني لضمان تسليم سلس للرعاية.

- الامتثال للمعايير السريرية والأخلاقية والتنظيمية، مع الاحتفاظ بتوثيق طبي كامل لجميع الزيارات.
- المشاركة في حوكمة الجودة من خلال المبادرات التحسينية والمراجعات السريرية وبرامج الامتثال خلال ساعات العمل الجزئية.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الممارسة السريرية للجراحة العامة.
- درجة طبية (MBBS, MD أو ما يعادلها) من كلية طب معتمدة.
- تدريب إقامة معتمد في الجراحة العامة من برنامج معتمد.
- شهادة البورد في الجراحة العامة.
- تصنيف وتسجيل ساري من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية كاستشاري جراحة عامة.
- خبرة مثبتة كاستشاري جراحة عامة أو دور مشابه، ويفضل في مستشفى أو بيئة عيادات خارجية.

Provides specialized general surgery care within the ICC physical clinic on a part-time, in-person basis, addressing a broad range of surgical conditions. Evaluates, diagnoses, and manages acute and chronic general surgical conditions, including patients with hernias, gallbladder disease, soft tissue and skin lesions, breast conditions, and those requiring pre-operative assessment or post-operative follow-up.
Delivers evidence-based, patient-centred care during scheduled part-time in-clinic sessions, ensuring continuity of care, appropriate diagnostic work-up, and surgical case management for patients seen. Coordinates closely with the full-time clinical and administrative teams to maintain continuity of care between sessions, applying population health and value-based care principles to improve clinical outcomes, optimise healthcare resources, and deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality general surgery care, within the defined scope resources.
Patient Consultations and Management
• Deliver comprehensive, in-person general surgery care during scheduled part-time clinic sessions at the ICC physical clinic, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up of acute and chronic surgical conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations, including history taking, physical examination, and review of relevant laboratory and imaging findings during each in-clinic visit.
• Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based management plans, including non-operative management, pre-operative work-up, and referrals for procedures, imaging, or specialist input when indicated.
• Manage common general surgery conditions, including hernias, gallbladder disease, soft tissue and skin lesions, breast lumps, and anorectal conditions, ensuring continuity and coordination of care with the full-time clinical team between sessions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver integrated, patient-centred care within the scope of part-time attendance.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EHR to support seamless handover and continuity of care.

• Proven experience as a General Surgery Consultant or similar role, preferably in a hospital or outpatient clinical setting.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR).
• Strong clinical judgment and analytical skills.
