Job Summary

We are seeking Saudi Arabian Architecture graduates and professionals with 0-3 years of experience and a strong interest in Building Information Modeling (BIM) to join our team in Riyadh or Jeddah.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop a career in Architectural BIM, digital construction, architectural design development, documentation, and multidisciplinary project coordination. Fresh graduates will receive structured BIM training, while candidates with relevant experience will have the opportunity to contribute directly to ongoing international BIM projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing accurate and detailed 3D BIM models for architectural elements and building components.
• Model architectural elements including walls, doors, windows, floors, ceilings, roofs, stairs, ramps, façades, curtain walls, and other building components.
• Support the preparation of architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and construction documentation.
• Develop and update BIM models based on architectural drawings, design inputs, specifications, and project requirements.
• Assist in creating families, components, schedules, sheets, and model-based documentation within Autodesk Revit.
• Participate in BIM coordination and clash-detection activities with structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other project disciplines.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, BIM coordinators, and multidisciplinary project teams to ensure design requirements are accurately reflected in BIM models.
• Assist in reviewing architectural models for design consistency, constructability, coordination, and quality.
• Update BIM models and drawings based on design revisions, client comments, RFIs, coordination inputs, and project requirements.
• Support quantity take-offs, model reviews, drawing extraction, and preparation of project deliverables.
• Ensure BIM models and drawings comply with project standards, architectural codes, BIM Execution Plans, modelling guidelines, and quality requirements.
• Assist project teams in identifying and resolving architectural modelling and coordination issues.
• Maintain proper project documentation and follow established BIM workflows, naming conventions, modelling standards, and quality-control procedures.

Requirements

• Saudi Arabian nationality is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic to good understanding of architectural design principles, building systems, construction methods, and architectural documentation.
• Understanding of plans, elevations, sections, details, materials, finishes, façades, and building components is preferred.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, SketchUp, or other architectural design and BIM software is preferred.
• Knowledge of Revit Architecture and BIM modelling workflows will be an advantage.
• Strong interest in BIM, digital construction, architecture, and engineering technology.
• Ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings, design documents, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Basic understanding of multidisciplinary coordination between Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines is preferred.
• Good analytical, communication, problem-solving, visualization, and teamwork skills.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality BIM models and drawings.
• Willingness to learn new BIM tools, architectural standards, and project workflows.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
