تعلن شركة Alstom عن توفر وظيفة قائد فريق المسار والسكة الثالثة (Guideway and 3rd Rail Team Leader) للانضمام إلى فريق التشغيل والصيانة في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن قائد فريق متميز وذو دافع عالٍ للإشراف على نطاق صيانة المسار وقضبان التوصيل، بهدف الحفاظ على أداء دورة حياة الأصول وحالة البنية التحتية والجاهزية التشغيلية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تخطيط وتنسيق وقيادة فرق الصيانة لتقديم أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية والطارئة.
- قيادة تنفيذ معايير السلامة في مواقع العمل، ومتطلبات تصريح العمل (PTW)، وإجراءات العزل الكهربائي وضوابط القفل/الوسم (LOTO) عبر فرق الصيانة.
- مراقبة تنفيذ العمل والأداء الفني لضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التعاقدية ومعايير الجودة والسلامة للمشروع.
- تتبع وتقييم مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للصيانة من خلال لوحات الأداء المعتمدة على البيانات، ومراجعات الأداء المنتظمة، وأدوات التقارير التحليلية.
- تقديم الدعم المباشر في الموقع للمشكلات الحرجة المتعلقة بالسكة لاستعادة توفر النظام واستمرارية التشغيل وخدمة الركاب.
- مراجعة المخاطر التشغيلية، وتحليل اتجاهات تدهور الأصول وحالتها، وتنفيذ نهج صيانة محسّن لإطالة عمر الأصول وتخفيف العيوب المتكررة.
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطط تطوير كفاءة الفريق لتعزيز المهارات الفنية وتعزيز التعلم المستمر من خلال التدريب ومبادرات تنشيط المعرفة التقنية.
- إجراء فحوصات الأداء لضمان معايرة المعدات الحيوية وصحتها بما يتوافق مع معايير الجودة للمشروع.
- إجراء مراجعة دورية لقطع الغيار والمواد الاستهلاكية لتحسين توفر القطع ذات الاستهلاك العالي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة السكك الحديدية أو الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور قيادي في صيانة السكك ضمن بيئة التشغيل والصيانة (O&M).
- معرفة قوية بمعايير صيانة مسارات السكك الحديدية وأنظمة التفتيش وممارسات إدارة الأصول.

Your future role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Guideway and 3rd Rail Team Leader to join our O&M team in Riyadh, KSA. In this role, you will support the delivery of Guideway and Conductor Rail maintenance scope to maintain asset lifecycle performance, infrastructure condition and operational readiness.
What You’ll do:
- Plan, coordinate and lead maintenance teams to deliver preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance activities.
- Lead the implementation of worksite safety standards, PTW requirements, electrical isolation procedures and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) controls across maintenance teams.
- Monitor work execution and technical performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and project quality and safety standards.
- Track and evaluate maintenance KPIs through data-driven performance dashboards, regular performance reviews and analytical reporting tools.
- Provide timely onsite support for critical track related issues to restore system availability, sustain operational continuity and passenger service.
- Review operational risks, analyze asset health and degradation trends and implement optimized maintenance approach to extend asset life and mitigate recurring defects.
- Develop and implement team competency development plans to enhance technical skills and promote continuous learning through trainings and technical knowledge refresh initiatives.
- Conduct performance checks to ensure calibration, equipment health of critical equipment in compliance with project quality standards.
- Conduct periodic review of spare parts and consumables to improve availability of high consumption spares.

- Strong knowledge of railway track maintenance standards, inspection regimes and asset management practices.
