أمازون (شركة Afaq Q Tech General Trading) في الرياض تبحث عن مدير مخزون (Instock Manager) للعمل ضمن فريق أمازون ناو (Amazon Now) في السعودية، لقيادة بناء أعمال جديدة من الصفر في بيئة سريعة ومبتكرة.

نبحث عن شخص يمتلك روح المبادرة وقادر على التعرف سريعاً على هذه البيئة سريعة الوتيرة، وبناء علاقات وثقة مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف، وتحمل المسؤولية داخل البرنامج الذي يتطلب فهم العمليات التجارية والتقنية والتشغيلية المعقدة في أمازون وشركائنا، وابتكار نموذج تعاون أمثل. يجب أن تكون قادراً على النجاح في بيئة ريادية وألا تعوقك الغموض أو الأولويات المتضاربة. الحكم السليم والموهبة التحليلية ومهارات الكتابة الجيدة مع التواصل الموجز أمور أساسية للنجاح في هذا الدور. ستؤثر في أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين والقيادة لتبني توجهك الاستراتيجي، وبناء استراتيجية شراء وتوريد لفئة جديدة مع ضمان التنفيذ الخالي من العيوب، وتحليل المؤشرات الرئيسية باستمرار لدفع التحسينات لأعمالك.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة المخزون: قيادة مؤشرات صحة المخزون اليومية ودقتها، ووضع استراتيجيات لتحسين مستويات المخزون وتقليل الفائض/المتقادم، وتنفيذ عمليات مراقبة المخزون والحفاظ عليها، ومراقبة معدلات الانكماش والتلف.
- تحليل البيانات والتنبؤ: تحليل البيانات التاريخية للتنبؤ بالاحتياجات المستقبلية للمخزون، وإنشاء توقعات الطلب والتوصية بكميات الطلب، ومراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) والإبلاغ عنها، وتحديد الاتجاهات وفرص التحسين.
- القيادة عبر الوظائف: الشراكة مع فرق العمليات والنقل والمشتريات، ودفع التوافق بين فرق التخطيط والتنفيذ، ورفع المشكلات المتعلقة بالمخزون وحلها عبر الشبكات، وقيادة المشاريع لتحسين أداء التوفر.
- تحسين العمليات: تطوير وتنفيذ إجراءات التشغيل القياسية، وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية لتناقضات المخزون، وقيادة مبادرات التحسين المستمر، وتدريب وتوجيه أعضاء الفريق على أفضل ممارسات إدارة المخزون.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في سلسلة التوريد أو إدارة المخزون أو إدارة المشاريع.
- درجة البكالوريوس في مجال كمي مثل الإحصاء أو الرياضيات أو علوم البيانات أو تحليلات الأعمال أو الاقتصاد أو المالية أو الهندسة أو علوم الحاسوب.
- خبرة في العمل مع مجموعات بيانات معقدة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة مبادئ مراقبة المخزون الإحصائية (statistical inventory control).
- خبرة في تقنيات تحسين العمليات مثل كايزن (Kaizen) أو التصنيع الخالي من الهدر (Lean Manufacturing) أو ستة سيغما (Six Sigma).
- خبرة في استخدام SQL.

Inventory Management
- Lead daily inventory health metrics and accuracy
- Drive strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce excess/aged inventory
- Implement and maintain inventory control processes
- Monitor shrinkage and damage rates
- Analyze historical data to predict future inventory needs
- Create demand forecasts and recommend order quantities
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Partner with operations, transportation, and procurement teams
- Drive alignment between planning and execution teams
- Escalate and resolve inventory-related issues across networks
- Lead projects to improve instock performance
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures
- Identify root causes of inventory discrepancies
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Train and coach team members on inventory management best practices
- 5+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science
- Experience working with complex data sets
- Knowledge of the principles of statistical inventory control
- Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
- Experience with SQL
