أمازون تبحث عن قائد تجاري استثنائي ومتحمس، من الجنسية السعودية، للانضمام إلى فريقها في مكتب الرياض. سيتولى هذا القائد إدارة أحد أعمال متجر أمازون في المملكة مع مسؤولية كاملة عن الربح والخسارة (P&L)، وسيتحمل مسؤولية بناء مجالات مثل إدارة البائعين والتجار، وإدارة المخزون، وإدارة المنتجات. سيدير هذا القائد فريقاً عالي الأداء هدفه الأساسي تنمية أعمال أمازون من خلال التحسين المستمر لأساسيات العمل، وإطلاق مبادرات مبتكرة، وخلق أفضل تجربة تسوق في العالم للمملكة العربية السعودية - متجر يضم منتجات وعلامات تجارية ومحتوى أفضل وأكثر جاذبية من أي متجر، عبر الإنترنت أو خارجه!
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم القيادة لفريق الأعمال وعبر الشركة لضمان مساءلة الوظائف الداعمة للأعمال عن جميع المقاييس المهمة مثل زيادة الاختيار، نمو الوحدات، معدل دوران المخزون، ومعدلات التوفر.
- قيادة الابتكار الدوري بهدف تحسين تجربة العملاء وتعزيز علاقات البائعين.
- تقديم مدخلات محلية لتحديد تجربة العملاء وتمثيلها لدى كبار المسؤولين التنفيذيين، والبائعين، وفرق التجار الخارجيين، بالإضافة إلى فريق الفئة.
- العمل بشكل متعدد الوظائف مع الفرق المركزية على مستوى الشركة في مجالات التقنية والعمليات وخدمات التجار لوضع العمليات المناسبة وتحسينها لاستخدام الموارد بأكبر كفاءة.
- ترجمة مقاييس الأعمال إلى خطط قابلة للتنفيذ بناءً على مدخلات مختلفة تحدد أداء الفئة.
- إنشاء تحسينات عملية مستدامة تحقق تقدماً سنوياً في الفئة.
- تحديد أساليب جديدة لتحسين الاختيار والوعي بالفئة لإدارة أداء الفئة على المدى الطويل بشكل أفضل.
- التركيز على إدارة المواهب للفريق، بما في ذلك التوظيف الفعال وتطوير الأفضل، وخلق بيئة تحفز الأفراد على الازدهار في خبراتهم وتحقيق النتائج.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها في تخصص تحليلي أو تقني.
- خبرة في قيادة فرق متعددة الوظائف وتطوير مديري الموظفين في بيئة تعتمد على البيانات.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for the business team and across the company to ensure that the various functions supporting the business have accountability for all important metrics such as increased selection, unit growth, inventory turns, and in-stock rates.
- Drive periodic innovation aimed at improving customer experience and strengthening vendor relationships.
- Provide local input to defining the customer experience and represent that to senior executives, vendors and third party merchant teams, as well as the category team.
- Work cross functionally with central company-wide teams in Technology, Operations and Merchant Services to establish the right processes and optimize them to utilize resources most efficiently.
- Translate business metrics into actionable plans as determined by different inputs which drive category performance.
- Create sustainable process improvements which drive year-over-year progress in the category.
- Identify new approaches for improving selection and category awareness to better manage the performance of the category over the long run.
- Focus on talent management of the team which includes effectively recruiting and developing the best, and creating an environment which motivates people to thrive in their expertise and deliver results.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical or analytical discipline
- Experience leading multi-functional teams and developing people managers in a data-driven environment
- Experience in retail or digital content including vendor management, product management, or operations management
- Experience in consulting, business development, as a business leader with P&L responsibilities, or in product management in an international environment
