تعلن أمازون عن توفر وظيفة منسق السلامة والصحة المهنية (WHS) في الرياض، حيث ستعمل ضمن فريق الصحة والسلامة لدعم معايير السلامة في مركز التوزيع وتعزيز الثقافة الآمنة بين الموظفين.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء تقييم المخاطر في الموقع للأنشطة الحالية والجديدة.
  • إنشاء مصفوفة التدريب الخاصة بالسلامة والصحة المهنية في الموقع.
  • قيادة تطبيق معايير وإرشادات السلامة والصحة المهنية الخاصة بالموقع.
  • تنفيذ أهداف وبرامج السلامة والصحة المهنية في الموقع.
  • تعزيز الثقافة الآمنة بين الموظفين من خلال تقديم محتوى يومي حول السلامة في إحاطات الورديات.
  • إجراء عمليات تدقيق سلامة دورية لتحديد أي معدات أو عمليات غير مطابقة في الموقع.
  • العمل مع فريق العمليات لتنفيذ حلول للقضاء على المخاطر ومنع الإصابات.
  • التعامل مع الحوادث وإصابات العمل في الموقع.
  • توجيه ومساعدة مدراء المناطق في تحقيقات الحوادث وتوثيقها في Gensuite ونشر الدروس المستفادة.
  • مساعدة فريق العمليات في متابعة Gensuite وإنشاء خطط الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية (CAPA).
  • تدقيق ممارسات حفظ السجلات وضمان توافق إدخالات Gensuite مع المعايير العالمية واللوائح المحلية.
  • ضمان توفر مخزون معدات الحماية الشخصية (PPE) في الموقع والتنسيق مع المشتريات لتقديم الطلبات.
  • متابعة وتقييم أسبوعي لمتطلبات السلامة الرئيسية (KSR) ودعمها.
  • ضمان إكمال التدريب الأساسي على مكافحة الحرائق والإسعافات الأولية.
  • التفتيش اليومي للمعدات الصناعية التي تعمل بالطاقة وإطلاق المقطورات وإصدار التقارير.
  • متابعة ودعم نظام تتبع الإجراءات اليومي (ATS).
  • المشاركة في جولات السلامة الإدارية بالموقع وتقديم رؤى حول الممارسات والظروف غير الآمنة.
  • تقديم تحديث يومي لمدير السلامة الوطني حول تقدم الأهداف والحوادث ومؤشرات KSR وATS وغيرها.
  • إعداد جدول اجتماعات لجنة السلامة وتدوين محاضر الاجتماعات وإنشاء إدخالات ATS.
  • مراجعة التصاريح اليومية للعمل والموافقة عليها.
  • قيادة عمليات الشراء المتعلقة بالسلامة والمتابعة.
  • إعداد خطط الاستجابة للطوارئ.
  • إدارة وتنفيذ تدريبات الطوارئ.
  • إدارة وإعداد تدريبات الطوارئ وحفظ السجلات.
  • إنشاء ومتابعة ودعم مؤشر الحرارة.
  • تقديم الدعم للطلبات الخاصة بالموقع والأحداث والأنشطة غير المخطط لها.
  • إجراء تدقيقات السلامة اليومية والأسبوعية مثل فحص غرفة النفايات الخطرة ومجموعة الانسكاب وغرفة الإسعافات الأولية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة NEBOSH (الشهادة الوطنية العامة).
  • خبرة في استخدام مهارات الاتصال باللغة الإنجليزية (شفهياً وكتابياً) للتفاعل بسلاسة مع المعنيين على جميع المستويات.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة في الاستجابة للطوارئ.
  • سنتان أو أكثر من المسؤوليات المتزايدة في برامج السلامة و/أو البيئة في عمليات التصنيع أو الإنتاج أو الخدمات.
  • القدرة على تحليل بيانات الحوادث والعمليات الجديدة والآلات للكشف عن مخاوف السلامة المحتملة وإجراء تحليل مخاطر الوظائف والسلامة.
  • خبرة في تطبيق مبادئ اللين (Lean) وتحسين العمليات في بيئة تشغيلية.
  • القدرة على التكيف مع البيئات سريعة الوتيرة ذات الظروف والتوجهات والاستراتيجيات المتغيرة.

Amazon is looking for a workplace, Health and Safety (WHS) Coordinator to add to the team:

Year-on-year, as we continue to grow, we need to work as smart as we can, to keep all our team members safe, fulfilled, motivated and empowered. To help us achieve this, we’re seeking a driven EHS Officer. With your Bias for Action, we’ll need you to step in and help drive health and safety across our fulfillment center in Riyadh

In this crucial WHS position, you’ll report to the WHS Manager.

  • Lead site risk assessment for current and new activities.
  • Establish site WHS training matrix.
  • Lead implementation of site specific WHS standards and guidelines.
  • Lead implementation of site WHS objective and programs.
  • Promote safe culture among employees by providing daily WHS content to shift briefing.
  • Perform frequent site safety audits to identify all non-compliance equipment and/or processes at the site.
  • Work with Operations team to implement solutions to eliminate exposure to these risks and prevent injury.
  • Attending to incidents and occupational injuries cases on site.
  • Guide and assist area managers on incident investigations, Gensuite write up and communication of lesson learned.
  • Assisting Ops team in Gensuite follow up sheet and CAPA creation.
  • Audit record-keeping practices and ensure Gensuite entries to be aligned with global WHS standards and local regulations.
  • Ensure the PPE inventory at site and coordinate with procurement for order placement.
  • Key Safety Requirement (KSR) Audit weekly assignment, monitoring and support.
  • Ensure basic Fire Fighting training and first aid training completion. requirements.
  • Daily Powered Industrial Tool and Trailer Dock Release inspection and communications.
  • Daily Action Tracking System monitoring and support.
  • Participate in site management safety walk, provide insight into unsafe acts and conditions to management.
  • Provide daily update to Country WHS Manager on objectives progress, incidents, KSR, ATS, network actions, etc).
  • Preparation of WHS committee meeting agenda, MOM write up, ATS creation.
  • Daily Permit to Work review and sign off.
  • Lead on WHS related procurement and follow up.
  • Preparing emergency response plans.
  • Managing and conducting emergency drills.
  • Managing preparation and training of emergency drills, prepare records.
  • Heat Index establishment, monitoring and support.
  • Provide support to site specific requests, unplanned events and activities.
  • Conduct daily and weekly WHS audits, such as hazard waste room inspection, spill kit inspection, first aid room, etc.

Basic Qualifications

  • NEBOSH (National General Certificate)
  • Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in emergency response
  • 2+ years of growing responsibilities in safety and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
  • Ability to analyze accident data, new processes, and machinery for potential safety concerns and conduct job hazard and job safety analyses
  • Experience implementing lean principles and process improvement in an operational environment.
  • Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
