يعلن مصنع Guardian Industries في الشرقية (حي العزيزية) عن توفر وظيفة مدير طلاء موثوقية (Reliability Coater Manager).
نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيتولى المرشح القيادة الاستراتيجية لصيانة وموثوقية أصول خطوط الطلاء الحيوية، لضمان عمليات آمنة وموثوقة وفعالة من حيث التكلفة. سيلعب دورًا رئيسيًا في تعظيم توافر المعدات وتحسين الأداء التشغيلي وقيادة مبادرات التحسين المستمر التي تخلق قيمة للأعمال والعملاء وعمليات التصنيع. سينضم إلى فريق تصنيع تعاوني مسؤول عن تحقيق التميز التشغيلي عبر عمليات الطلاء، ويعمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق العمليات والهندسة والبيئة والصحة والسلامة والجودة والإنتاج لدفع تحسينات الموثوقية وتحسين أداء الأصول ودعم النمو طويل الأجل والاستراتيجي للموقع.
المهام والمسؤوليات

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو هندسة الميكاترونكس أو أي تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
- خبرة في قيادة أنشطة الصيانة والموثوقية ضمن بيئة تصنيع صناعية.
- خبرة في إدارة فرق الصيانة والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة متعددي الوظائف.
- خبرة في تطوير وتنفيذ برامج الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية.
- خبرة في استخدام أنظمة CMMS للتخطيط وإدارة العمل وإعداد التقارير.
- معرفة بمبادئ الهندسة الموثوقية ومنهجيات تحليل الأسباب الجذرية وممارسات إدارة الأصول.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خلفية في دعم خطوط الطلاء، معالجة المعادن، تصنيع الصلب، أو عمليات العمليات المستمرة.
- معرفة بالمحركات والمشغلات وأنظمة PLC/DCS والهيدروليك والهوائيات والمعدات الدوارة.
- كفاءة في استخدام SAP PM أو منصات CMMS المتقدمة الأخرى.
- سجل نجاح في قيادة عمليات الإغلاق والتوقف ومشاريع تحسين الموثوقية.

What You Will Do
- Lead the reliability and maintenance strategy for critical coating line assets to improve equipment availability and operational performance.
- Create value through proactive maintenance programmes, reliability initiatives, and data-driven decision making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Develop and mentor maintenance professionals while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
- Drive root cause analysis and long-term corrective actions that reduce unplanned downtime and improve asset reliability.
- Lead shutdowns, turnarounds, and major maintenance activities to enable safe and effective execution of business priorities.
- Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and commissioning activities that strengthen operational capability and future growth.
- Champion safety, environmental stewardship, and compliance while promoting a zero-incident mindset across the maintenance organisation.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience leading maintenance and reliability activities within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing maintenance teams, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience developing and executing preventive and predictive maintenance programmes.
- Experience utilising CMMS systems for maintenance planning, work management, and reporting.
- Knowledge of reliability engineering principles, root cause analysis methodologies, and asset management practices.
- Background supporting coating lines, metal processing, steel manufacturing, or continuous process operations.
- Knowledge of motors and drives, PLC/DCS systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment.
- Proficiency with SAP PM or other advanced CMMS platforms.
- Demonstrated success leading shutdowns, turnarounds, and reliability improvement projects.
- Success driving Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track record of managing maintenance budgets and executing capital improvement projects.
- Maintenance leadership experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Industrial maintenance expertise supporting reliability and asset performance objectives.
