- القيادة الاستراتيجية للمشاريع: قيادة أنشطة ما قبل الإنشاء (اختيار الموقع، تقييم الموقع، تقدير الميزانية، التصميم المفاهيمي، التصميم التخطيطي، التصميم التفصيلي) للمشاريع المعقدة، بالشراكة مع أصحاب المصلحة في التصميم والإنشاء وفِرق العقارات لتطوير استراتيجيات الموقع والإنشاء التي تحقق الجودة المثلى والنتائج التجارية.
- إدارة المخاطر والتحليل: تحديد تحسينات العمليات، وتحليل تعارضات التصميم، وتقييم الموارد، والتنبؤ بالمخاطر وتخفيفها طوال مرحلة ما قبل الإنشاء. الموازنة بين نشر المبادرات الاستراتيجية والقيادة المتسقة لإدارة المشاريع.
- اتخاذ القرارات الحاسمة: تقييم المواقف المعقدة التي تتطلب رؤية القيادة ومشاركتها. تطبيق الحكم السليم لتوجيه القرارات، ووزن المخاطر والفرص مع تحديد مسارات التصعيد المناسبة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في واحد أو أكثر من المجالات التالية: إدارة مشاريع الإنشاء أو الهندسة، تطوير العقارات، أو الهندسة المعمارية/التصميم.
- درجة بكالوريوس أو أعلى في الهندسة المدنية، أو الهندسة الميكانيكية، أو الهندسة الكهربائية، أو إدارة الإنشاءات، أو أي علم هندسي مكافئ.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في إدارة الإنشاءات، أو إدارة ما قبل الإنشاء، أو التخصصات ذات الصلة مع مسؤولية قيادية تصاعدية.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: construction or engineering project management, real estate development, or architecture/design
- Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or an equivalent engineering science
- 15+ years of experience in construction management, pre-construction management, or related disciplines with progressive leadership responsibility
- 10+ years leading development and pre-construction activities for logistics facilities, warehouses, industrial facilities, and/or critical infrastructure projects
- French, German, Polish, Arabic, Portuguese, Turkish, Chinese (Mandarin), Afrikaans and Zulu are considered preferred qualifications.
- Master's degree in Engineering, or related field
