شركة Parsons Corporation تعلن عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة مهندس متوسط (سعودي الجنسية) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن فريق إدارة المشاريع (PMO) الجديد المخصص لمشاريع الطرق الرئيسية والبنية التحتية في العاصمة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراجعة نطاق أعمال الهندسة والجداول الزمنية والميزانيات لعناصر المشروع المحددة، ومتابعة التقدم للحفاظ على تلك الجداول والميزانيات.
  • تحديد وتوثيق التغييرات في النطاق.
  • المساعدة في تحديد نطاق أعمال المشتريات والجداول الزمنية والميزانيات للمشاريع المحددة، ومتابعة التقدم للحفاظ على تلك المشتريات.
  • المساعدة في تحليل العطاءات للمساعدة في تحديد مدى توفر الموردين وقدراتهم.
  • التنسيق مع الموظفين الآخرين من جميع مجموعات الدعم الفني داخل الشركة ومن أطراف ثالثة.
  • مساعدة مدير المشروع المعين في تخطيط وتوجيه والإشراف والتحكم في تنفيذ المهام الفنية والمالية والإدارية للمشروع أو الدراسة.
  • ضمان تحقيق معايير العميل ونطاق العمل.
  • المشاركة بانتظام في اجتماعات اتخاذ القرار مع العميل واستشاري التصميم والمقاولين.
  • مراقبة الامتثال للقوانين والممارسات وسياسات ضمان الجودة/مراقبة الجودة ومعايير الأداء والمواصفات المعمول بها.
  • التعاون والتواصل بفعالية مع مدير المشروع والمشاركين الآخرين في المشروع لتقديم المساعدة والدعم الفني.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة.
  • 3+ سنوات من الخبرة العملية ذات الصلة.
  • سعودي الجنسية فقط.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان استخدام برامج CAD وحزم البرامج الأخرى المرتبطة بالهندسة.
  • إتقان استخدام برامج التصميم وإجراء/مراجعة جميع الحسابات المرتبطة.
  • خبرة في مراجعة التصاميم من أطراف ثالثة وتنسيق التعليقات للموافقة.
  • خبرة في العمل ضمن بيئة فريق متعدد التخصصات.
  • نهج استباقي تجاه الأنشطة الخاصة ومساعدة التخصصات الأخرى عملياً لتعزيز كفاءة إدارة المشاريع.
  • خبرة عمل مثبتة كمهندس مشروع.
  • مهارات متقدمة في استخدام MS Office.
  • الإلمام بالقواعد واللوائح وأفضل الممارسات ومعايير الأداء.
  • مهارات إدارة المشاريع والإشراف.
  • مهارات اتخاذ القرار والقيادة.
  • مهارات إدارة الوقت والتنظيم.
  • يفضل خبرة سابقة في العمل ضمن مكتب إدارة المشاريع (PMO).

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Intermediate Engineer - Saudi National to join our team! In this role you will get to work within a new PMO working on major highways / infrastructure projects in the KSA Capital, Riyadh City.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Review the scope of engineering work, schedules, and budgets for the assigned project elements, monitoring progress to maintain those schedules and budgets.
  • Identifies and documents changes in scope.
  • Assists in determining the scope of procurement work, schedules, and budgets for the assigned projects, monitoring progress to maintain those procurements.
  • Assists in bid analysis to help determine supplier availability and capability.
  • Coordinates with other personnel from all technical support groups within the Company and from third parties.
  • Assists the assigned Project Manager in planning, directing, supervision, and controlling the execution of technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the project or study.
  • Ensures client criteria and scope are met.
  • Participates regularly in decision-making meetings with the client, design consultant and contractors.
  • Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
  • Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • 3+ years of related work experience.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering
  • Proficiency in using design software and undertaking / reviewing all associated calculations
  • Experience in reviewing third party designs and coordinating comments for approval
  • Experience of working within a multi-discipline team environment
  • Proactive approach to own activities and helping in other disciplines, as far as practically possible, to assist in PMO overall efficiency.
  • Proven working experience as a Project Engineer
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
  • Project management and supervision skills
  • Decision making ability and leadership skills
  • Time management and organization skills
  • Saudi Nationals only.
