تعلن Jobgether بالنيابة عن شركة شريكة عن وظيفة محرر فيديو (Video Editor) في السعودية. تتولى الشركة الشريكة إدارة جميع الطلبات والخطوات التالية. يبحث شريكنا عن محرر فيديو مقيم في السعودية لتحويل اللقطات الأولية إلى محتوى بصري جذاب يدعم المبادرات التسويقية ومشاريع العملاء، مع العمل على مجموعة من المنصات الرقمية والتعاون مع فرق التسويق والمشاريع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحرير لقطات الفيديو الأولية إلى محتوى احترافي للحملات التسويقية ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ومشاريع العملاء.
- تطوير سرديات بصرية جذابة من خلال الإيقاع الفعال والتسلسل والانتقالات وتقنيات السرد القصصي.
- إضافة الرسوم المتحركة (motion graphics) والتراكبات النصية والرسوم المتحركة والانتقالات والمؤثرات الصوتية والعناصر البصرية الأخرى لتحسين المنتج النهائي.
- التعاون مع فرق التسويق والمشاريع لفهم الموجز الإبداعي والأهداف والجمهور المستهدف ومتطلبات العلامة التجارية.
- تكييف وتحسين محتوى الفيديو ليناسب المنصات المختلفة بما في ذلك YouTube وLinkedIn وInstagram والقنوات الرقمية الأخرى.
- ضمان أن جميع مخرجات الفيديو تفي بمعايير الجودة وإرشادات العلامة التجارية ومتطلبات المشروع.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مهنية مثبتة كمحرر فيديو، مدعومة بمحفظة قوية تظهر مهارات التحرير والسرد القصصي.
- إتقان برامج تحرير الفيديو المعيارية في الصناعة مثل Adobe Premiere Pro أو Final Cut Pro أو After Effects أو أدوات مماثلة.
- فهم قوي للسرد البصري والتكوين والإيقاع والانتقالات وإشراك الجمهور.
- معرفة بتنسيقات الفيديو ومواصفاته وأفضل الممارسات لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي والرقمية الرئيسية.
- خبرة في العمل مع الرسوم المتحركة (motion graphics) أو الرسوم المتحركة (animation) مفضلة.

This role is responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, engaging visual content that supports marketing initiatives and client projects. You will shape video narratives through thoughtful editing, pacing, motion graphics, sound, and visual effects. - Add motion graphics, text overlays, animations, transitions, sound effects, and other visual elements to enhance the final product.
- Collaborate with marketing and project teams to understand creative briefs, objectives, target audiences, and brand requirements.
- Adapt and optimize video content for different platforms, including YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital channels.
- Ensure all video deliverables meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and project requirements.
- Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while meeting agreed deadlines and maintaining consistent quality.
- Keep project files, footage, assets, and editing materials organized for efficient collaboration and future use.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions effectively while maintaining creative consistency.
- Stay informed about emerging video editing trends, formats, tools, and techniques to continuously improve content quality.
- Support additional creative and video-related projects as needed.
- Proven professional experience as a Video Editor, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating editing and storytelling capabilities.
- Proficiency with industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or comparable tools.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, pacing, transitions, and audience engagement.
- Knowledge of video formats, specifications, and best practices for major social media and digital platforms.
- Experience working with motion graphics or animation is preferred.
- Familiarity with audio editing, sound design, and color correction is a plus.
- Previous experience working in a client-facing, agency, marketing, or project-based environment is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on producing polished, professional work.
