تعلن شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن توفر وظيفة مهندس طب حيوي (كبير) في منطقة الرياض، لضمان التشغيل الآمن والفعال للأجهزة الطبية من خلال الصيانة والإصلاح والتدريب على الاستخدام السليم، بما يتوافق مع معايير الاعتماد الوطني والدولي واللوائح ذات الصلة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان ظروف تشغيل الأجهزة الطبية في منشأة فقيه للرعاية الصحية ضمن نطاق التخصص، وإبلاغ مدير وحدة الهندسة الطبية بأي حالة طارئة تتعلق بالأجهزة.
- العمل بشكل مستقل أو بالتعاون مع فريق القسم لتقليل فترة تعطل الأجهزة الطبية في مجال التخصص.
- اقتراح الأدوات وأجهزة الاختبار ومواد الخدمة اللازمة للأجهزة الطبية في مجال التخصص على مدير/مدير عام الهندسة الطبية.
- تنفيذ أو الإشراف على أعمال الصيانة التصحيحية للأجهزة الطبية عند الحاجة، وإتمام المهمة بتقرير خدمة موقع من المستخدم النهائي وتوثيق الإجراء المتخذ.
- تنفيذ أو الإشراف على الصيانة الوقائية المجدولة وفق قائمة الشركة المصنعة، وإتمام المهمة بتقرير خدمة موقع من المستخدم النهائي وتوثيق الإجراء.
- تنفيذ أو الإشراف على أنشطة تركيب وفك الأجهزة الطبية بعد الحصول على التصاريح اللازمة من رئيس القسم، بما في ذلك توثيق عملية الاستلام الجديد والإتلاف.
- التحكم في العمل ومتابعة الطلبات اليومية وتوزيعها على فنيي الطب الحيوي ومتابعة الإجراء المتخذ لكل أمر عمل.
- مساعدة قسم سلسلة التوريد في تقييم عروض قطع الغيار للأجهزة الطبية.
- التأكد من استيفاء المواصفات البيئية والفنية للأجهزة الطبية الجديدة والموجودة في الموقع.
- تقديم تقرير شهري لمدير/مدير عام الهندسة الطبية يتضمن حالة تنفيذ خطة الصيانة الوقائية للأجهزة الطبية.
- الاستجابة للحوادث العاجلة واتخاذ الإجراءات الفورية بالتنسيق مع مدير/مدير عام الهندسة الطبية.
- طلب الأجهزة/قطع الغيار المفقودة وفهارس المنتجات للأجهزة الطبية في مجال التخصص، وضمان تنظيمها.
- التحكم في التدريب اللازم لمستخدمي منشأة فقيه للرعاية الصحية وتقديمه عند الحاجة.
- مراقبة والإشراف على أنشطة الورشة الطبية الحيوية باستمرار.
- أداء جميع المهام بطريقة تدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص في فقيه، والمساهمة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور، والالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة، والحفاظ على سرية المعلومات الحساسة، والامتثال لسياسات الأمن السيبراني، والالتزام بقواعد السلوك والمعايير الأخلاقية، وإكمال التعليم الإلزامي قبل شهر على الأقل من انتهاء صلاحيته.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في أنشطة الخدمة والصيانة للأجهزة الطبية ضمن مجال التخصص، سواء في مستشفى أو شركة خدمات أجهزة طبية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الإلكترونية أو الهندسة الطبية الحيوية.
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة، ويُفضل إجادة اللغة العربية.
- حمل رخصة صالحة لمزاولة مهنة مهندس طب حيوي صادرة عن الجهة التنظيمية المختصة.

Job Purpose:
To ensure the safe and efficient operation of biomedical equipment by performing maintenance, repairs, and providing training on its proper use, in compliance with national and international healthcare accreditation standards and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in service and maintenance activities of medical equipment in his domain of specialty in either hospital or medical equipment services provider company.
Education: Bachelor degree of Electronics or Biomedical Engineering.
Language: Excellent command of oral and written English and prefer Arabic.
Licenses / Certifications: Hold a valid license to practice as a Biomedical Engineer issued by the relevant regulatory authority.

Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Assures the working conditions of Fakeeh Health Care facility medical equipment’s in his / her domain of specialties and reports to Biomedical Engineering Unit Manager on any urgent stage related to Biomedical Equipment.
- Works independently and/or collaboratively with other BME Department members according to the job requirement, to minimize the down time of the medical equipment in his domain of specialties.
- Suggests to Biomedical Engineering Manager / Director the necessary tools, test equipment as well as service materials required for the medical equipment in his domain of specialties.
- Performs and/or supervises corrective jobs for medical equipment whenever is needed and confirm completion of this task by signed service report from end-user and debrief action taken on the system
- Performs and/or supervises scheduled PPM’s per manufacturer checklist and confirm completion of this task by signed service report from end-user and debrief action taken on the system
- Performs and/or supervises medical equipment installation and dismantling activities after getting necessary permits from the Medical Equipment Department Head this includes complete needed documentation for new acceptance & scrap process.
- Controls the work and follow-up the daily request to be distributed to Biomedical Technician and follow-up the action taken for each job order.
- Assists Supply Chain Department in evaluating the medical equipment spare parts offers.
- Assures the environmental and technical specifications fulfillment of the new and existing medical equipment in site.
- Reports to the Biomedical Engineering Manager / Director in monthly basis including execution status of the PPM Plan for medical equipment.
- Responds to urgent incidents and perform immediate actions in coordination with Biomedical Engineering Manager / Director.
- Orders missing equipment / spare parts and product catalogues for medical equipment in his domain of specialties and assures keeping them organized.
- Controlling the training needed for Fakeeh Health Care facility users and do the necessary training of needed.
- Always Observes and supervises the Biomedical Workshop activities.
- Performing all duties and tasks in a manner that supports Fakeeh’s Person-Centered care values.
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, within the scope of the role.
- Adherence to safety protocols and proactively seeking to address any job-related safety concerns.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information accessed or encountered during work.
- Complying with cybersecurity policies and standards to protect Fakeeh’s systems and participating in awareness training and initiatives to prevent cyber threats.
- Adhering to and upholding Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct, policies and ethical standards.
- Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration.
