المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على العمليات الأكاديمية والإدارية في FCMS وتحديد أولويات تحسين الجودة.
- تصميم برامج ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة على المستويات المختلفة.
- إعداد إرشادات الجودة وورش العمل التدريبية للموظفين والطلاب.
- توجيه تنفيذ مبادرات تحسين الجودة.
- مراجعة التقارير حول مؤشرات الأداء واستراتيجيات تحسينها.
- الإشراف على تنفيذ الخطة الاستراتيجية للجودة وتقارير التقدم وتقديم المشورة المناسبة.
- تقديم المشورة حول تحسين الأداء وفقًا للمعايير المتفق عليها.
- مراقبة تطبيق نظام إدارة الجودة والإبلاغ عن النتائج.
- الإبلاغ عن أنشطة ضمان الجودة في FCMS إلى الجهات المعنية.
- توجيه مشاريع تحسين الجودة بالتعاون مع الجهات التنفيذية.
- أي مهام أخرى تُسند ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.

- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية والعربية كتابةً وتحدثًا.

Job Purpose:
Responsible for ensuring the quality assurance activities at FCMS comply with quality standards set by the accreditation agencies.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Oversee the academic and administrative processes followed at FCMS and identifies quality improvement priorities.
- Designs the quality assurance and quality control programs at various levels.
- Prepares quality guidelines and training workshops for staff and students.
- Guides to the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Reviews reports on the performance indicators and their improvement strategies.
- Oversee the implementation of the Quality Strategic Plan and its progress reports and advice accordingly.
- Advice on performance improvement according to agreed standards.
- Monitors the implementation of the Quality Management System and reports the outcome.
- Reports the quality assurance activities at FCMS to relevant bodies.
- Guides the quality improvement projects in collaboration with the executive authorities.
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
