نبذة عن الوظيفة

المسؤول عن تركيب وصيانة وإصلاح آلات التزيين (Decorators) والمعدات المرتبطة بها داخل منشأة تصنيع العلب لضمان الكفاءة التشغيلية المثلى وجودة المنتج.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • أداء الصيانة الروتينية والوقائية لآلات التزيين، بما في ذلك أنظمة الحبر ووحدات الطلاء وأفران التجفيف، لتقليل وقت التوقف وضمان استمرارية الإنتاج.
  • تشخيص المشكلات الميكانيكية والكهربائية والهوائية في معدات التزيين وتنفيذ الإصلاحات في الوقت المناسب لاستعادة الوظائف.
  • تركيب آلات تزيين جديدة والمعدات المساعدة، مع ضمان المحاذاة الصحيحة والمعايرة والتكامل مع خطوط الإنتاج الحالية.
  • إجراء فحوصات دورية لمكونات آلات التزيين، وتحديد الأجزاء المهترئة والأعطال المحتملة، واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • استكشاف وحل مشكلات الجودة المتعلقة بأداء آلات التزيين، مثل تسجيل الطباعة والتصاق الحبر واتساق الطلاء.
  • معايرة وضبط إعدادات آلات التزيين لتحقيق معايير الجودة المحددة للطباعة والطلاء.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لأنشطة الصيانة والإصلاحات ومخزون قطع الغيار.
  • الالتزام بجميع بروتوكولات السلامة وسياسات الشركة أثناء عمليات الصيانة والإصلاح.
  • التعاون مع فرق الإنتاج لتحسين أداء آلات التزيين وزيادة كفاءة الخط الإجمالية.
  • تقديم التدريب والتوجيه للفنيين المبتدئين أو المشغلين حول تشغيل آلات التزيين والصيانة الأساسية.
  • المشاركة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر المتعلقة بتقنية آلات التزيين وممارسات الصيانة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ يُفضل بشدة الحصول على شهادة تقنية أو تدريب مهني في الصيانة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو الصناعية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات كفني صيانة، خاصة مع آلات الطباعة أو التزيين الصناعية، ويفضل أن تكون في بيئة تصنيع العلب.
  • فهم قوي للأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والهيدروليكية والهوائية.
  • إتقان قراءة وتفسير الأدلة الفنية والمخططات والرسومات الهندسية.
  • قدرة مثبتة على استكشاف أخطاء الآلات المعقدة وإجراء الإصلاحات الفعالة.
  • خبرة في المحاذاة الدقيقة ومعايرة المعدات الصناعية.
  • معرفة لوائح السلامة وأفضل الممارسات في البيئة الصناعية.
  • قدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق في بيئة تصنيع سريعة الخطى.

Job Description

Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of decorators and associated machinery within the can manufacturing facility to ensure optimal operational efficiency and product quality.

Job Responsibilities:**

  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on decorators, including ink systems, coating units, and drying ovens, to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on decorator equipment and execute timely repairs to restore functionality.
  • Install new decorator machinery and ancillary equipment, ensuring proper alignment, calibration, and integration with existing production lines.
  • Conduct regular inspections of decorator components, identifying worn parts and potential malfunctions, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues related to decorator performance, such as print registration, ink adhesion, and coating consistency.
  • Calibrate and adjust decorator settings to achieve specified print and coating quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during maintenance and repair operations.
  • Collaborate with production teams to optimize decorator performance and improve overall line efficiency.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior technicians or operators on decorator operation and basic maintenance.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to decorator technology and maintenance practices.

Job Qualifications:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic, specifically with industrial printing or decorating machinery, preferably within a can manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex machinery issues and perform effective repairs.
  • Experience with precision alignment and calibration of industrial equipment.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in an industrial setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
