انضم إلى شركة DHL Global Forwarding، إحدى شركات مجموعة DHL الرائدة في مجال الخدمات اللوجستية العالمية، حيث نبحث عن أخصائي عمليات مستودعات (Warehouse Operation Specialist) للعمل في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم إدارة خطط وعمليات المناولة اليدوية في مرافق التوزيع بالمستودعات.
- استلام وفرز ومعالجة المواد/البضائع الواردة والصادرة وفقًا للجداول والإجراءات واللوائح المحددة.
- التحقق من دقة استلام وصرف البضائع مقابل المستندات ذات الصلة وإقرارها.
- تحميل وتفريغ المواد على/من المنصات والصواني والرفوف والأرفف يدويًا، وضمان تخزين البضائع في المواقع المخصصة.
- تحميل المواد والبضائع في المركبات/الشاحنات/الحاويات باستخدام الأدوات اليدوية لتثبيت الأشرطة والدعامات والحشوات.
- القيام بنقل البضائع وفقًا للوائح والإجراءات الداخلية وتحديث حالة الشحنات وفقًا لذلك.
- المساعدة في إحصاء المخزون ومعالجة أي اختلافات، ومراقبة دورة زمن معالجة الطلبات.
- تحديث سجلات المخزون بما في ذلك سجلات مخزون العملاء، والحفاظ على المخزون في المستويات القصوى/الدنيا المحددة، وإجراء عمليات تدقيق للمخزون لضمان سلامته وأمنه.
- تحديث المعلومات في الأنظمة المحوسبة مثل السجلات وقوائم التعبئة وتذاكر الانتقاء والفواتير وسجلات المخزون وتذاكر النقل/التسليم والأوامر/الإيصالات، وإصدار مستندات التسليم/الشحن.
- ضمان توريد المواد الخام والمكونات إلى مناطق الإنتاج، وتسجيل دخول المنتجات النهائية إلى المستودع المقابل، وإعداد التقارير المطلوبة.
- توجيه وتنفيذ المناولة اليدوية للبضائع، والتنفيذ الدقيق لجميع عمليات الاستلام ومعالجة الطلبات، وعمليات الانتقاء والتجميع، وضمان تعبئة البضائع حسب الطلب.
- تحديد وحل المشكلات المتكررة واقتراح التعديلات المتعلقة بأساليب العمل في المستودعات والمناولة اليدوية بهدف تعزيز الكفاءة وزيادة السرعة وخفض التكاليف.
- تقديم التوجيه الوظيفي أو النصائح أو التدريب للموظفين الأقل خبرة عند الحاجة.
- إدارة وتنفيذ أنشطة المستودع/مركز التوزيع المتعلقة بالنقل والأدوات والتعبئة (مثال: عمال الانتقاء والتعبئة).
- تعبئة العناصر للشحن وفقًا للمواصفات.
- استلام أو فحص البضائع، مسحها ضوئيًا والتحقق منها مقابل سجل الشحنة.
- إدارة أنشطة إعادة الشحن والفرز (مثال: داخل مراكز الفرز).
- تشغيل رافعة شوكية تعمل بالغاز أو الكهرباء لنقل أو تكديس أو تحميل أو تفريغ المواد والقطع والبضائع.
- توحيد الشحنات.
- تنفيذ وحدات تحميل البضائع (Unit Load Devices).

- خبرة عملية تزيد عن سنتين في مجال ذات صلة.

In this Warehouse Operation Specialist position
- Support administration of warehouse and manual handling plans and processes for warehouse distribution facilities
- Receive, sort and process incoming/ outgoing materials/ cargo, parts, products, supplies and equipment according to defined schedules, established procedures and regulations
- Verify and endorse the accurate receipt and issue of cargo against relevant documents
- Load and unload materials on to or off pallets, trays, racks and shelves by hand and ensure cargo is stored in their allocated positions
- Load materials and cargo into vehicles/ truck/ container and uses hand tools to install strapping, bracing and padding
- Undertake cargo movement, complying with regulations and internal procedures and update shipment status accordingly
- Assist in stock counts and reconciliation of any stock discrepancy, monitoring of cycle and turnaround time of order processing
- Update inventory records including inventory records of customer stock, maintain inventory at defined maximum/ minimum levels and perform stock audits to ensure integrity and security of stock
- Update information in computerized systems such as logs, packing lists, pick tickets, invoices, inventories, transfer/ delivery tickets, orders/ receipts, etc. and generate delivery/ shipping documents
- Ensure supply of raw materials and components to production areas, record the entry of finished products to the corresponding warehouse and prepare required reports
- Guide and perform the physical handling of cargo, accurate implementation of all receiving and order processing operations, picking and bulking operations and ensure that cargo is packed according to request
- Identify and resolve recurring issues and suggest modifications related to warehouse and manual handling work methods focusing on promoting efficiency, faster service and lower costs
- May provide functional guidance, advice or training to less experienced positions
- Manage and execute warehouse/distribution center activities related to movement, tools, and packaging (e.g. pickers and packers)
- Pack items for shipment according to specifications
- Receive or inspect goods, scan and verify items against the shipment record
- Manage transshipment and sorting activities (e.g. within sorting centers)
- Operate gas or electric powered forklift truck to move, stack, load or unload materials, parts and goods
- Consolidate shipments
- Perform Unit load devices
- More than 2 of experience
- Bachelor's Degree
