تسعى شركة Ericsson لتعيين مهندس تكامل سحابي (Cloud Integration Engineer) للعمل في الرياض، السعودية. سيقوم المهندس بتحليل وإعداد وتنفيذ والتحقق من تكامل حلول Ericsson السحابية، بالإضافة إلى الإشراف على عمليات الترقية والتوسعة وإطلاق الوظائف الجديدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحليل وإعداد والتحقق وتنفيذ تكامل حلول Ericsson السحابية.
- تخطيط وتنفيذ أنشطة تهيئة المنتج وتكامله.
- تنفيذ تهيئة المنتج.
- تنفيذ أنشطة التكامل والترحيل.
- إعداد وتنفيذ اختبارات النظام والوحدة واختبارات القبول.
- تحديد المشكلات واقتراح التحسينات ودفع التحسين المستمر.
- دعم أنشطة ما بعد المشروع (التسليم، التوثيق، الاستقرار).
- فهم الحل التقني الشامل والتبعيات بين مكوناته.
- دعم أنشطة ما قبل البيع بما في ذلك الدراسات الأولية (حسب الحاجة).
- تطوير البرامج النصية وأتمتة العمليات (برمجة عند الحاجة).
- مشاركة المعرفة والتعاون بفعالية داخل الفرق وفيما بينها.
- التواجد في موقع العمل والعمل لساعات متأخرة والسفر عند الحاجة وفقًا لمتطلبات المشروع.
المهارات المطلوبة
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو الاتصالات أو علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات (أو مجال ذي صلة).
- خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في نشر السحابات الخاصة (IaaS/CaaS).
- مهارات قوية في إدارة Linux وممارسة عملية.
- فهم جيد لمفاهيم الشبكات (L2/L3, routing, switching).
- فهم جيد لمفاهيم التخزين (SAN/NAS, block/object storage).
- الإلمام بالأجهزة من جهات خارجية (مثل Dell, HPE, Lenovo).
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
- القدرة على التعلم المستمر والتكيف.

- شهادات في شبكات IP وخبرة عملية (مثل CCNA, CCNP).

What you will do:
- Analyze, prepare, verify, and implement integration of Ericsson Cloud Solution
- Plan and drive product configuration and integration activities
- Execute product configuration
- Execute integration and migration activities
- Prepare and execute system testing, module testing, and acceptance testing
- Identify issues, propose improvements, and drive continuous optimization
- Support post-project activities (handover, documentation, stabilization)
- Understand the end-to-end technical solution and dependencies
- Support pre-sales activities, including pre-studies (as needed)
- Develop scripts and automation (coding as needed)
- Share knowledge and collaborate effectively within and across teams
- Be available for on-site work, overnight activities, and travel when required by project needs
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or Information Technology (or a relevant field)
- 2 to 4 years of experience in private cloud deployments (IaaS/CaaS)
- Solid Linux administration skills and hands-on practice
- Good understanding of networking concepts (L2/L3, routing, switching)
- Good understanding of storage concepts (SAN/NAS, block/object storage)
- Familiarity with 3PP hardware (e.g., Dell, HPE, Lenovo)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to continuously learn and adapt
- Creativity and innovation mindset
- Ability to apply expertise and technology to deliver outcomes
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Deliver results and meet customer expectations
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Automation and CI/CD pipeline experience
- Public cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
- IP networking certification and experience (e.g., CCNA, CCNP)
