شركة Mace تبحث عن Associate Director - Landscape Design للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن فريق تسليم مشروع ترفيهي وضيافة فاخر كبير بالتعاون مع معماريين واستشاريين عالميين.
نبذة عن الوظيفة

المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية تصميم المناظر الطبيعية بما يتوافق مع أهداف البرنامج والوقت والميزانية.
- الإشراف على دورة إدارة التصميم الكاملة، بما في ذلك تخطيط التصميم وسير العمل والتسليمات.
- إدارة واعتماد تعيينات الاستشاريين عبر جميع مسارات العمل.
- بناء وقيادة وتنسيق فرق تصميم متعددة التخصصات (داخلية وخارجية).
- العمل كواجهة التصميم الأساسية، وحل المشكلات والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء.
- دفع مشاركة أصحاب المصلحة رفيعي المستوى والتأثير في صنع القرار لتحقيق نتائج المشروع.
- مراقبة وعرض مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية وبيانات الأداء على القيادة العليا.
- العمل بشكل تعاوني نحو الهدف المشترك للانتقال إلى صافي انبعاثات صفرية، والمشاركة في التحديد الاستباقي وإدارة انبعاثات الكربون والتخفيضات المرتبطة بها أثناء تسليم العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو هندسة المناظر الطبيعية (أو ما يعادلها).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في إدارة تصميم المناظر الطبيعية لمشاريع كبيرة ومعقدة أو متعددة الاستخدامات.
- قدرة مثبتة على إدارة مخاطر التصميم والتخفيف من حدتها وتخطيط التسليم.
- وعي تجاري مع خبرة في إدارة الميزانيات والرسوم وتسليم البرنامج.
- معرفة عمل قوية بأنظمة التصميم وسير العمل والتنسيق متعدد التخصصات.
- إجادة استخدام BIM والأدوات الرقمية (مثل BIM 360، Navisworks، AutoCAD، Synchro، P6).
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية مع خبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة لدى شركة استشارية في إدارة المشاريع (وهو مطلوب للهجرة وموافقة العميل).
المهارات المطلوبة
- إدارة مخاطر التصميم والتخفيف من حدتها وتخطيط التسليم.
- الوعي التجاري وإدارة الميزانيات والرسوم والبرامج.
- أنظمة التصميم وسير العمل والتنسيق متعدد التخصصات.
- إجادة استخدام BIM والأدوات الرقمية (BIM 360، Navisworks، AutoCAD، Synchro، P6).

Mace is seeking an experienced Associate Director - Landscape Design to lead complex, large-scale projects, driving design excellence from strategy through to delivery in a collaborative, high-performing team.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Lead the development and delivery of landscape design strategy, aligned to programme objectives, time, and budget.
- Oversee full design management lifecycle, including design planning, workflows, and deliverables.
- Manage and approve consultant appointments across all workstreams.
- Build, lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams (internal and external).
- Act as the primary design interface, resolving issues and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Drive senior stakeholder engagement, influencing decision-making to achieve project outcomes.
- Monitor and present KPIs and performance data to senior leadership.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture (or equivalent).
- Minimum 15 years experience in the design management of Landscape Architecture across large-scale, complex or mixed-use developments.
- Proven capability in design risk management, mitigation and delivery planning.
- Commercially aware with experience managing budgets, fees and programme delivery.
- Strong working knowledge of design systems, workflows and multi-disciplinary coordination.
- Proficient in BIM and digital tools (e.g. BIM 360, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Synchro, P6).
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
